Lower standard of hygiene, poor communicative skills, and I’ve heard of multiple people saying they’ve been/gotten food poisoning from these people. Just generally a worse experience than it ever was before. I actually will avoid it and drive 20-30 minutes either way to Barbourville or Middlesboro for a decent Subway experience. This place has been awful since the Indians owned it.

Went to subway at 9:22 am they open at 9:00am. A older middle eastern decent man who I assume is a manager, turned me away said to wait 10 minutes so I went outside and he followed me outside said his employee was sick and that I should go eat McDonald’s Donald’s. He was rude and lazy. If he was owner or a manager he could still make a sandwich.

Went in to get a couple boxes of cookies for my kids. They needed to use the bathroom and wash their hands, but there were “out of order” signs on both bathrooms. To not have a restroom to use or wash their hands in, I’ll not eat any of their food. We left immediately. Gross.

So I've been to plenty of subways this one is above the rest, the person behind the counter was a young adult, he was absolutely amazing this was @5:15pm 6/28/2023, after all my years going to subway and ordering the spicy Italian, he made me the best subway spicy Italian I ever had, he also can carry a good conversation, I don't remember his name but subway I'd take care of him he is a great employee for your company, definitely would recommend this subway over others, and if you get there when this young gentleman is working your bound to have a great customer experience and an amazing subway sandwich
