We called in an order to feed a family event. Got home it was not our order. They did refund the charge, that earned them one more service star.

Ordered online, received a text that my order was ready for pickup only to get to the drive thru to be told our order had apparently been given away and it would be another 10-15 minutes to remake it. No apology/coupon/discount or anything offered to us. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the least you can do is try to make it right. Will not be going back.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, Canadian bacon and pineapple. The pizza was basically pineapple and cheese and the crust was still kind of doughy I would rank it up there with one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever ate.

They've never failed to correct wrong orders. A small place yet the dine in could easily be made less cold n sterile.

Placed an order for 2 pizzas. Was told 10 minutes for pick up. We go to pick up said pizza. They had no clue who they put our order under, but somehow knew what we had ordered but couldn’t find our order. Told us we would have to come back.
