I placed an order through their app for pickup at this location and the app messed up my pick up time. I don’t blame them for that, but I do blame them for not picking up their store phone and basically telling me when I was finally able to come in that it’s not their problem and they don’t care if my food has been sitting out for hours! Don’t order from here and expect them to answer their phone they will always say they are busy even with only one table occupied! Have sent my experience to corporate as well.

Choose the time for sandwiches to be made, it changed time on its own. Tried to call the store for 45 mins straight. Store would not answer the phone so the sandwiches sat for 2 hrs before they were picked up.

I have tried to contact thos subway for catering event of 200+ people and not one person has answered the phone. It's yalls lose. Thos isn't the first time this has happened either. I wanted catering done for a wedding of 145+ people and no one answered the phone. If you don't answer then don't know how many events yall have lost out on. I will take business else where.

One of the best Subways, if not the best that I have ever visited. Clean, fast, and friendly.
The line was to the door when I got there. Those girls were working hard and it was easy to see that they should be hot and stressed. But they greeted me with a smile. Their teamwork was obvious and management should be very proud of them. People kept coming in and they still had a line of people coming in when I left. Good job ladies you should be very proud of yourselves!

Was very clean especially since I was the second person in there. No one was in line but it took the first employee FOREVER to ask if she citizenship help me! I couldn't tell what she was doing because of their new metal blocked view. She didn't slide a sandwich down in front of mine like maybe she was fixing a call in order.
