Made our food in a rush and just clumped all the ingredients in one part of the sandwhich and didnt evenly spread them out, and also smothered the entire sandwich in mayonnaise. Extra mayonnaise doesn't mean cover my entire sandwhich in it. And the bread was stale from them putting it in the microwave when I did not ask them too. Thankfully one of the sandwhichs was free but this is just ridiculous.

I placed an order through their app for pickup at this location and the app messed up my pick up time. I don’t blame them for that, but I do blame them for not picking up their store phone and basically telling me when I was finally able to come in that it’s not their problem and they don’t care if my food has been sitting out for hours! Don’t order from here and expect them to answer their phone they will always say they are busy even with only one table occupied! Have sent my experience to corporate as well.

Choose the time for sandwiches to be made, it changed time on its own. Tried to call the store for 45 mins straight. Store would not answer the phone so the sandwiches sat for 2 hrs before they were picked up.
I have tried to contact thos subway for catering event of 200+ people and not one person has answered the phone. It's yalls lose. Thos isn't the first time this has happened either. I wanted catering done for a wedding of 145+ people and no one answered the phone. If you don't answer then don't know how many events yall have lost out on. I will take business else where.
