Didn’t get off to a good start when the appetizer, spinach artichoke dip, was not hot. Took way too long to get it warmed up!! I ordered the apple walnut salad with feta cheese. Came out with feta, and bleu cheese!! Waitress said they put that on there. It’s not on the menu!! I don’t like bleu cheese!! You don’t just put something like bleu cheese on a salad!! It’s too strong of a flavor for that. Everyone else was pleased with their food. I felt sorry for the bartender who was doing double duty.

All the food was super freshly made and hot. Really liked the homemade salsa on the sampler platter. We had a new waitress who was very sweet and helpful. Has a great view of the lake as well. Overall a fun casual place to grab decent food.

The service was great! Our server never wrote a thing down and didn't miss a beat. The food.... that was a completely different animal. We had chips and salsa for an appetizer. The salsa was ridiculously sweet. The chips were good. I had the ribeye and side of vegetables. Nothing was seasoned. The steak was BURNT! I love a good char. This was not charred. It was so bitter and acrid that you could not taste anything else. We might go back for the bar, but will never eat here again.

Lisa was super friendly and suggested the Kentucky Hot Brown from the menu. Delicious!! My sister had the bison nachos and was thoroughly impressed. Distinctive delicious taste and highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I were staying at Jenny Wiley SP so decided to try Dewey's. Initially our server greeted us promptly and said she would be back in a minute. 10 minutes later I went and found her so we could place our order. Food was served 10 minutes later. I set my timer to see how long it took because other patrons were having issues. Another couple who were there when we came in didn't receive their food and eventually were told their order wasn't placed because the internet was down. ??? Boyfriend had catfish which he said was good but they ran out of chips so he had to wait for them. He eventually got 2 orders of chips brought to him. I had a Ruben which seemed to be made from chipped corn beef. It was edible but not good. The next night we heard a group angrily walking out of the restaurant saying they would rather eat at McDonalds. It's a shame the service and food isn't better since it is such a pretty setting.

While staying at the Jenny Wiley Lodge I was looking for a place to grab a beer, watch some basketball, and possible get some food. The bartender happily changed the TV to my game of choice and served up an ice cold beer. The kitchen decided to close a bit early so I snagged a chicken quesadilla appetizer before they stopped taking orders. It was average bar food...nothing memorable but the fact that this place was onsite at the hotel with plenty of bar options and friendly service is more than I had expected.

very dissatisfied with the service we received. we arrived and stood where to said to please wait for a table, we stood there for 30 minutes and the workers continued to seat people that arrived after us after we made it clear to them we wanted a table. after them seating multiple people that arrived after us we decided to leave. i would not recommend this place, i don’t know how the food was since we couldn’t even get a table. decided to take our business else where
