I went to Hardee’s tonight around 8:30pm I ordered a meal number 10 plain made it a large. Then I got 3 chicken sandwiches plain. When I checked them they were soggy and burnt. I called the restaurant to tell them about the food and they hung up on me two times. When my mother called back to tell them she was going to post the pics of the food on here they didn’t care and raised their voice so she raised hers back. It’s a shame you go somewheres to eat and they treat you like you’re less than them. These food workers get by with their disrespect while demanding you show them respect. It’s even worse when they have a manager that supports this type of behavior.

Dined in yesterday with my sister. It’s usually fairly clean there and the food is usually pretty good. But not yesterday dried up burger patties and a little thin ham and cheese sandwich. I’m talking two little thin pieces of ham. And flies!!!! Were flying around and on the tables. I suggested eating there and it turned out to be a big disappointment. It was my birthday also. So there’s that. That was not a good experience. I apologized to my sister for picking that place. A lot of the food was thrown away. Do better.

Hardee’s has really taken a nose dive in quality and quantity. That being said, watching the front counter girl (long blond hair, fake eye lashes, early 20s) stick her hand up her shirt to get her vape from her bra, take two puffs and return it to the same place then handle food was enough to gross me out. We dined in and watched her do it 6 times in a 30 minute period. Besides that there were 8 people “working” and only 1 making the food in the back.
Don’t waste your time, the food was gross.

The outer part of all 5 biscuits ordered were hard around the edge and had to be picked off wasting 75% of the biscuit... Leaving a very tiny portion of biscuit to eat.

I order twenty chicken strips using the mobile app. I arrived just before the mobile app indicated the order would be ready. I was expecting hot and juicy chicken strips but instead I received warm and over cooked, hard crunchy strips. These strips would probably damage most people’s dental work. I suspected something was wrong when the order was ready to go a few minutes before it was expected. I suspect the restaurant had some leftover strips from their lunch hour and re-fried them in attempt to warm them up. I’ll not make the mistake of using the app again!! However, my dogs did enjoy the crunchy treat.

Great food. Only thing is every single time you go through the drive thru they ask you to park and wait. This has happened the last 10 times we've been there. Not good if you're in a hurry.
