Unprofessional service, nobody ever answers the phone to take an order and when they do they are yelling, screaming, laughing and making jokes, food is always undercooked! Pikeville little Caesars is 10x better, I can’t take this place serious I’m not the one to get anyone in trouble but to many immature kids with NO MANAGEMENT going on!

This store stays closed more than it’s open . At least one day a week this place will be closed for some reason. Tried to order yesterday- it was closed - note on door said oven issues. Tried to order again today - online said it would be open after 4:00 pm . I’ve been calling with no answer. Must be a HUGE oven to be closed for 2 straight days and nobody can repair This place sucks

I’m very disappointed I spent $25 on food and didn’t even get the cookie dough brownie with Twix cookie bar and didn’t get my money back even though I never got it
Can’t even get a hot and ready because wait time is 45 minutes to a hour. This is the only location that can’t seem to get it figured out. Everything myself or wife goes to get food or we try to order it’s a 30 minute to a hour long wait and when you do finally get your food it’s never correct or it’s cold after waiting such a long time. You’re better off going to McDonald’s at least you don’t wait a long time to get your food.
