Always out of wings and customer service is by far the worst I have experienced. Give them the benefit of the doubt maybe just a bad day. No the lady that works there seems like she absolutely hates her job and people. I drive over 20 miles for little Caesar to olive hill.

I just realized my post on here is not on here. I had an incident occur on July 29th where I ordered several hot and ready and cheese sticks for a birthday party. Ordered that morning on the app, paid for it, I ordered well over several hours prior to the party or maybe it was the day before I cannot recall which but I'm sure it's stored in the app when I bought it. I even called twice, my husband called once so 3 times total to ensure the food would be ready for pickup prior to the party starting since we booked the archer park pool for a lot of people to come to (teens). Well my husband goes to pick up the food and guess what? Nothing was made. He was ignored, he was lied to about them being in the oven. The party now had been going on for 30 minutes and we had no food just a cake, chips and pop. I FaceTime him and he said the workers and the manager are now saying we didn't order anything and didn't pay. I send the receipt and they tell my husband we are being distasteful and need to leave. I demanded him to get the refund I paid for food and didn't receive anything. I ask him to get a receipt too. So an hour later no food for the party. We had to go to Giovanni's where we had excellent customer service and the food was ready on time. Even though we only had food for the last 30 mins of the party and everyone had to quickly rush. That was so disappointing. A manager did call me today to se if he could resolve the issue, unfortunately it is a month almost down the road. I do believe they need to fire everyone at the Pburg location and including the managers because they are treating customers like this as well. If there are this many complaints on the staff and food then clearly it is the workers. They've had plenty of chances to get their act together. So I think after a first warning which is more than some deserve, they should fire them and find more fitting employees. A suggestion I always use is to evaluate the employees weekly have corporate come in or send in secret shoppers to evaluate the place and listen to the customers. I do appreciate the call I got today however and he clearly was not one who is usually at that location which is nice to hear. Hopefully they have gotten rid of all those horrible workers and put better ones in place. I think watching the cameras weekly would be a good thing to do also to see what the staff is doing. Again, thanks for the call and following up because up until now we were just treated badly again by the same location (we have had so many issues with the place but this time was the worst time since it was my daughters birthday party and we had a lot of hungry teens) and the fact I called three times to ensure nothing would mess up (cause I had a feeling) I wasn't mean I just called spoke to the manager and 2 others to ensure the food would be done at the time it said to pickup and each person said oh yea yea. Even called an hour before pickup time but of course they all just disregarded the calls and purposely didn't make the food. I just do not trust the workers at this location after having so many bad occurrences. Hopefully they fired all of those people and have new ones coming in and start watching the place better for everyone else's future experiences.

I called in to place an order today (8/24/25) at 4pm. I ordered a pretzel crust pizza. Cheese sauce and pepperoni topping. I was told 15 minutes. I arrive around 4:17pm and it is not ready. I pay and wait inside. While I am waiting I notice that the employee’s pants is hanging off his hips clutching on for dear life. That we would get flashed with his boxers. (Kids came in with parents) That his hat was backwards which none of it was very professional. He wasn’t trained well at managing the front counter.
How do I know that..? Well, the hot and ready pizzas when taken you are to yell back what has been taken to be replaced. Did he ? No. The pizzas were paid for and the hot and ready case sat empty. While more customers came in asking for hot and ready pizzas. Same scenario for the crazy bread.
Then when customers asked for jalapeño cheese dip and garlic butter they were given to the customer. When the sign says they are 59 cents per each. That’s seven I witnessed so the store lost out $4.13 not including the ones I am guessing was paid for that was handed out. Oh and throw in taxes.
Talking about what the store lost in profit the phone rang many times. Did it get answered? I didn’t hear any orders being taken so if the calls weren’t answered that was profit lost. Customers would keep walking out because when asked how long the employee guessed on how long instead of asking the people who were making the pizzas.
Add my order to the lost profit because at 4:30 I decided I waited long enough and asked for a refund. At 4:45 I got my refund and was able to leave. Didn’t bother to see if my pizza was even done before issuing my refund.
The employee working the front had issues with the register and another employee came to help. When you sign into a register it’s your name with a set amount to work with in your drawer. When you hop to another register you mess up the count.
Talking about the employee not being trained or not trained well he didn’t know how to print a receipt, and had issues doing split change. Could have been his first day but if it was he should have had someone with him.
Another employee, had on crocs, shorts and a T-shirt otherwise known as street clothes. Crocs in a pizza place or in any food environment poses as a risk of slip and fall. A lawyers dream.
Then another employee was chit chatting and not doing much of anything from it looked like. Another one was wearing a bucket hat that had fruit on it. Well at least he had a hat on. No, they have hats for employees that has the store logo if you desire a hat that bad.
There were more employees on one side where I’m guessing you make the pizzas to place in the oven as opposed to the woman who was taking pizzas out of the oven, boxing them and placing them in the hold cases. She was slaving away.
This crew of misfits lost money for the store, they did not represent the store well at all with appearances, or how they were to be working and getting orders completed and out the door.
I would rather travel to Paintsville to get a Little Ceasers pizza if I wanted one bad enough. The manager did not care or was not trained either. It was like being at a circus. I wonder if the owner knows how bad things were today and if today isn’t the only time it’s a circus there.

Hate this Little Caesar’s. They never have hot and ready’s. And when you try to call in an order they never answer the phone. Worst place of business.
Worker said it will take 20 minutes to get my pizzas done. It took 50 minutes. They wasn't busy at all. They need better management
Good food great price friendly employees great place to eat

The people who helped me out was grate as always thanks
Will not answer the phone. I have called and called till the recording comes on that no one can take my call. This is redundant ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
Unprofessional service, nobody ever answers the phone to take an order and when they do they are yelling, screaming, laughing and making jokes, food is always undercooked! Pikeville little Caesars is 10x better, I can’t take this place serious I’m not the one to get anyone in trouble but to many immature kids with NO MANAGEMENT going on!

This store stays closed more than it’s open . At least one day a week this place will be closed for some reason.
Tried to order yesterday- it was closed - note on door said oven issues.
Tried to order again today - online said it would be open after 4:00 pm . I’ve been calling with no answer. Must be a HUGE oven to be closed for 2 straight days and nobody can repair
This place sucks
