You ever had Chipotle or Moe’s? This is way better. The food is fresher, the flavors are better, and the service is above and beyond. You won’t find a better fast food option in Prestonsburg. I know people that come in from out of town and ALWAYS eat at MTC when they’re here.

This place should be called "Chipotle who?" or "Chipotle wishes they were this good". I've been here several times in the past. Food is always above expectations and literally Made to Crave. Check them out. You won't be disappointed and if you are, you don't know good Mountain Mexican food.

I'd like to give this place two stars, not one star because the service is better during the day. But I am never going there in the evening again. During the week the people working on night shift are careless, rude, and poorly trained. The food is really good though. When I go in the evening, I order items for each of my four children and my wife and I, and they act like it's a hassle to fill a large order. I give clear directions on how to finish an item, and they will look right at me and make it differently, even then when I have to put my foot down and ask them to fix the problem, they act like I'm out of line. The woman who acts like the evening manager literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked why my last item, a burrito, still hadn't been made and multiple people were jumping me in line. She finally barked at some kid -who would later over charge me several dollars- behind the register and he came down and poorly made the burrito. Twice I've caught them overcharging me, and getting them to fix this is real hassle. Last night the kid just thrust 4 dollars at me out of the drawer. After charging me to add guacamole to 4 items, something I didn't order. Super unprofessional. I'd love for this place to get their act together, the barbacoa is amazing.

This place must be under new management or something because it has went down hill extremely 3 of my last orders out of 4 have had either the wrong tacos or no drinks no chips hopefully they get back to the way they used to be but I believe it's gonna be awhile before I order anything from there if I ever do again honestly! What happened!!!!

Excellent variety of foods to make your own wraps, bowls, or other Mexican style flavors. Nice, open, and clean atmosphere. There is a nice front deck for enjoying your meal outside if you like.
