We have always went to this store cause we have had no problems we drive by the on on the hill to go extra miles cause its never right we have ordered carmal ice coffee these last 3 times now its been made different so if i wanted carmal ice drink with no coffee id order it but it has no coffee tast and looks realy light color i guess il have to go to martin store and see what theirs look like ,i was told it was made right

Sat in the drive thru with my husband for over FIFTEEN minutes wanting only a sweet tea, not one person ever tried to take our order. Pulled up to the window, again no one. Called, nothing!!! Store full of workers but by that point no one wants their sweet tea so we left.

Ripoff The restaurant is closed yet the app took my money and said I picked up my order. Also took my coupon. The other local McDonald's will not honor it. Which is ridiculous. Once you click that coupon you can NOT reuse it.

I didn’t say anything and tonight it’s 2.. if you don’t wanna off of the deals deals I don’t screw us over because you don’t wanna offer the deal

Every other day I order the exact same thing (super easy only has 3 items) and every time they get it wrong, or in this case burn the food and serve it to customers. I am talking charcoal burnt. A simple bagel. It has been like this the entire year and I cannot recollect a sorry for the inconvenience or any kind gesture for the constant mistakes.

The workers are very nice, they are. BUT always ask for a straw with your drink, always ask for napkins, salt, ketchup, a spoon if you need one, because there's a good chance you wont get these things if you dont check and ask. Also ask for fries that are actually hot. Their fries are great when they are hot, lousey when cold.
