Usually, the food quality is good. I've been living in Prestonsburg for about two months now and vastly prefer this location over the other one. The staff at this location are a bit more amicable, at the very least. I've had two issues in the past week or so. The first was when I bought a 20 piece and they were like mush, as if the oil hadn't been changed in a fortnight. Mcdonalds is not an amazing place and their food is so greasy and oily and will leave you with a terrible aftertaste of oil and grease in your mouth. DO NOT GET MCGRIDDLES! they are amazing in taste but feels like they have been dipped in a pan of oil repeatedly.

There was no espectacular experience that makes this won't stand out from the other McDonald's it was average in hurry on a budget but the app McDonald's app is you know when you are on a very tight tight budget and comes in handy but if I didn't have to use the coupons on things I probably wouldn't because I there's so many glitches and I get frustrated and I'd almost rather pay full price then use the McDonald's app
