It's scary single time we go the food is never done right and we are stuck waiting for a long time and then spending more time waiting on the remake and for someone to just acknowledge me at the front. Customer service as gone to garbage. Nothing like when I worked there 20 years ago.

Went through drive through. Told us our total. Got to window she tells us a different total for the items we purchased. Got food. Fish was strong and fishy. Fries has lots of black specks all over them. Like pepper only don’t think it was pepper. Yuck….. NOT a good place to eat

order a 20 peace nugget and a big mac and 3 plain cheese burgers and 1 cheese burger with everything on it. pulled out and they didn’t give us our 20 peace nugget and messed up our burgers and went in there twice bc they messed our burgers up.

I was served a semi-cooked and cold McChicken, which I reported to the staff. The manager responded promptly and handled the situation well by providing me with a freshly prepared and thoroughly cooked replacement.and apple pie as complementary.
