This is hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The speed alone is impressive—no matter how busy they are, my order is always ready quickly without feeling rushed or sloppy. Even during peak hours, the team stays calm, efficient, and friendly.
What really sets this location apart is accuracy. Every drink is made exactly right, just the way I ordered it, and food items are always fresh and correct. The staff clearly cares about quality and consistency, which makes every visit reliable and stress-free.
On top of that, the baristas are genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Fast service, perfect orders, and great customer care—this Starbucks truly sets the standard. ☕

If you go when the manager or when that one lady with the glasses and gray hair is there, your drinks are going to be right and you will not be charged all extra fees. I have been noticing I get the same drink and the original price was always roughly $6. Sometimes I am charged anywhere from roughly 6 to up to almost $10. For a pink drink. Been going here almost daily for years, I am nice, even when a simple drink is made wrong or they charge me for extras and do not put them in. That is why I started getting a receipt. After 3 attempts of making my drink wrong I just left the store because it was obvious they could not follow a simple step in dumping a bag into a cup or using a scoop and putting that scoop into a cup. Too many people are getting by with small things anymore, but things are too expensive anymore. So we should get what we pay for. It is not me being mean, it is facts. It should be done right. And if I drive out of my way to go to a Starbucks and it is done wrong 3 times a simple drink I don't get nothing fancy in a pink drink. It comes with strawberries, I asked and paid for 2 extra. Still never got it after 3 attempts and it tasted watered down. Probably from waiting over 20 mins. If it is not done right then just give the money back. I have had so many drinks I end up throwing away because it tastes bad and it's not fair to the customers anymore to have to do that. Accountability needs to be enforced from now on. Because I guarantee if they had to work a day in my position they would see how I have to be almost perfect at my job at all times. So if I done something not up to standards I could get in trouble for it. Or find someone who can do it properly. I am upset because I had to ask two people and it still never got fixed after 3 attempts....!

My wife wwent to get her drink order it with carmel they gave her mocha when she took it inside the person behind yhe counter was so rude and acted like it was a crime that her drink was made wrong and that she should have just delt with it had this problem from him many of times

Last week, my family and I stayed near this Starbucks, and I must say— they prepared my drink exceptionally well, the best I've ever had, without a doubt! The baristas were not only friendly but also showed a true passion for their work. The team always welcomed us with a smile, knew our names, and even memorized our regular orders by the time we left. The Oasis in the Starbucks desert that is South Eastern Kentucky. If you are planning on visiting and want your fix this is the only location on 23 going north until Ashland.Lines can be intense at peak times but I’ve found that ordering on the App is always timely and made correct. While not part of the actual Starbucks there is a shared seating area that adjoins the FoodCity hot bars.
