My mother waited at the speaker waiting to order from 15 mins and one came outside to smoke and then she pulled up to past the window and the other was inside sitting down. They told me to hang on and both took their breaks at the same time. I understand people have to have breaks but someone should be running the store. This happens here a lot. It is getting ridiculous in this town with the horrible customer service. It is called fast food for a reason.
I order through the app, my first order this evening they forgot my cookies. I placed a second order, waited in drive through a good 15 minutes before I finally received my second order. Not very happy with Subway at the present.
