We went thru the drive thru. The line was long but went fairly quick. Food was excellent but the lady at the window didn't really seem friendly...definitely not a smiling face.

NEVER go to this store as a Dasher or Uber Driver. They are incredibly slow, have a staring problem, will take ALL other orders before your dash/uber client’s which was already in the system, and their so-called ‘Manager’ will cop an attitude if you ask what is taking so long after waiting 25 minutes for an order going to the hospital (where they have a set lunch). Order wasn’t ready until 35 minutes after arrival at the store. When the Manager gave us the order she was acting a fool in front of a girls sports team and other customers “I had to stop making your order because you called” and “If you can’t wait don’t take the order” while making rude hand gestures across the counter with NO provocation, except a polite phone call, asking why things were taking so long because our customer expected their order to be DELIVERED by 4:22, we didn’t get the food from the RESTAURANT until 4:30. After 35 minutes of waiting and the way she EMBARRASSED us in front of other customers by talking down to us like dogs, I finally lost my temper and responded with “And YOU don’t have to be a (word for a female dog) about it, either.” and begun to walk out where she proceeded to THREATEN with calling the police just for telling her she didn’t have to be like that towards me for advocating for the customer.

The phone call in question? She told us the order was NEXT—so she flat out lied to us either on the phone or by saying she ‘had to stop making it’. Which one is it? Guess she can’t keep her story straight either. Apparently she should stop working customer service if she cannot be polite with MILDLY frustrated customers. I know we all know plenty of people who would be a lot angrier than I was after waiting over half an hour for a FAST FOOD order! I have had Texas Roadhouse and Drake’s orders come faster! -100/10

My only suggestion goes for this location and the Paintsville location...that is to take pride in creating the food. I realize it's Fast Food, but there is no reason to not try to make things more spacey and such. Regardless, our family is frequent visitors of the bell and we love it. We also highly appreciate the military discount.

Cash register didn't work. 1 kiosk didn't work! Employee's acted like they were all lost! Poor poor training! Order not right! Will not come back to this restaurant!

I ordered through Door Dash and ask for no lettuce on the tacos and chalupas and a Large Dr Pepper. When I received my order, the food was soggy to the point of the bottom was out of the tacos and I did not receive the large dr pepper. This is the last time I will order from there. The food is supposed to look appealing to the consumers. It’s far from it. I would not recommend this place to consumers. It’s a waste of money and time.

Ordered 2 tacos with chicken and 2 with steak. Paid extra but just got the regular beef. Bag was soaking wet on bottom and food was wet and falling out of bag. They sell trash.

This Taco Bell is notorious for running out of things: tomatoes, taco shells, ground beef lol. Nice workers, just I usually ask if they are out of anything before I look at the menu to decide. Also request that your tacos, if they are not out of the stuff to make them, to not have soggy bottoms. Tacos are supposed to be crisp, even on the bottoms, not soggy.

I'm sorry this is the slowest place I've ever seen in my life... I hate going there when i dash the food is never ready and you know they get the order before I do and it takes me 10 minutes to get there and I still have to wait for 15 minutes or more

Gave it three chances. Absolutely horrible each time. The franchise owner needs to get a grip on this. How it stays in business is beyond me. Terrible service, food is worse, and the third time I had hairs in two of my tacos. Never again.
