I'm an Uber driver for one their address is not where their location is and it needs to be updated This is downtown Pikeville Wendy's location I came in to pick up an order this lady was standing there her name is Kay and she was on her phone and she's supposed to be a manager you're not supposed to be on your phone while you're working and it's okay for them to do that while they are touching my customers food no I do not agree with that and I will not tolerate it

Worst experience at a Wendy’s. We went in to eat no clean tables, we had to clean our own, dirty floors. Our food was laid on a tray without a liner and had to wait for a bit on our food. Our fries and nuggets were on the tray and were cold by the time we got our burgers.

Just go somewhere else. I lived around Prestonsburg many years ago and was back in the area visiting. I decided a walk down memory lane might be nice. Stopped by Wendy's. A mistake. The parking lot outside the entrance was littered with cigarette butts. We were "greeted" by an employee standing about 10 feet from the door smoking, "phoning", and lounging. Not an appetizing sight. We went into the restaurant and ordered a burger and fries. The burger was warm which is more than I can say for the fries, cold and soggy. The place was empty, one other patron. The floors were dirty, the trash cans were overrunning, and the staff looked more like a circus sideshow than waitstaff at a food establishment. And even though they had what seemed like 10 employees standing around, the only thing you could see was the back of their heads as they had their face buried in a phone. Awful experience. Don't waste your time.

ALWAYS ASK FOR A STRAW FOR YOUR DRINK, ALWAYS ASK FOR A SPOON IF YOU NEED ONE, ALWAYS ASK FOR NAPKINS. Nice drive thur workers but if you dont ask and check for these things you wont get them.
