Up ordered to medium size. Didn’t upsize. Fries were cold as were the burgers. Told them barbecue sauce and got sweet & sour. One thing consistent about here. They ALWAYS get your order wrong. I will say this. Go inside to eat solid they mess it up they can fix it without having to drive back.

Food was cold. Both fries and burger. Asked for barbecue sauce for nuggets, got sweet & sour. Buns were stale and fell apart trying to eat it. And last, I medium sized it and no surprise, they didn't. Last napkins and straws would be nice. You shouldn't have to ask for either if you have food and drinks. Better choices in Prestonsburg. And I'll be going to them moving forward.

They are definitely short staff. But the kid up front was supper apologetic to costumers for the wait. I went in because drive thru was backed up that was a mistake.

Sadly, if you are wanting a convenient and timely experience through the drive-through you might as well find somewhere else to get food. They also don't know how to properly do a chicken rap. I hope things get better here.

Food is good, but 9 times out of 10 it is incorrect. Tonight we got drinks through the drive thru with absolutely zero ice. Note to everyone check your order at the window before you pull out.
I have never once recieved my order right here, and it's literally half or more of the order that is usually missing or incorrect. Then they'll get mad if you ask them to fix it. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.

Upon entering we were the only patrons. Employees behind the counter noticed us but did not bother to greet to take our order. After a few minutes an employee stepped up. Didn't say a word just stood there looking at us. The tables were dirty with trash and spilled drinks and food. Once we got our food the burgers were burnt and bacon was black crumbles. Yet the cheese was cold. Completely discussed. Didn't even finish our meal. Employees could of cared less. The worst Wendy's we have ever been to in the 3 state area.

Very disappointing. We dined in. The fries were actually room temperature. The wendys single was so small and sad. Maybe the burger was corporate change. The iced tea container was empty. However the staff were friendly during the order. Considering the cost was over $20, not worth it.
