The food was okay, not great my waffle was cold, friendly people, however slow service, very slow and pricey I got a waffle, grits, and 3 pieces of bacon. Gf had a waffle, sausage and a biscuit, the coffee was free and spent $35.00 not good for the quality of a cold waffle warm grits and griddled bacon

I stopped by the Biscuit Barn because, well… if a place has biscuit in the name, you expect them to knock it out of the park. So I ordered the biscuits and gravy, hoping for a Southern classic. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. The gravy was thin and watery, more like a broth with a good pepper kick, and the sausage was so finely ground it reminded me more of taco meat than breakfast sausage. The biscuits were buttery, but not soft or fluffy. Honestly, canned biscuits might’ve been better.
Now, credit where credit’s due: the cherry amaretto ice cream my wife ordered was fantastic. You could tell it was homemade, rich, and full of flavor. I’d go back just for the ice cream without hesitation.
The service was friendly, and our waitress was super upbeat and talkative which we really appreciated. The place was also clean and welcoming, though I left unsure what the Biscuit Barn is trying to be. A diner? An ice cream shop? A restaurant with a little of everything?
Bottom line: not the biscuit experience I was hoping for, but the ice cream and service were definite highlights. Just maybe skip the biscuits and head straight for dessert.

We drove all the way off the beaten path only to find out they were closed due to being on vacation!! So I'm sure we won't be able to rate the food because we won't be coming back this way
I would rate and discuss the food, but I've yet to even try it. Every single time I have tried to stop by, they've been closed for one reason or another. Currently, they're closed down for an entire week for vacation. Disappointing. I'll update if I ever get try the food.

Sweet waitress, but the food was not good. Ordered the waffle but couldn't even cut it with my knife. It was so stale and chewy. My plate also came with a hair on it. Disappointing.

The Biscuit Barn is a nice place. It appeared clean and the workers were very polite.

Delicious food! Friendly and helpful staff! You definitely should stop in and try their breakfast! While there grab a donut and some ice cream too! If you are having an office party or a family gathering—they do large orders too!
