Was not impressed at all, will not be back anytime soon! Definitely understaffed and very poor quality of service. The man at the window was nice but you could tell he was spread way to thin and trying to cover to much at once.

When napkins are not available for customers to take, it's always a bad sign, this holds true here. We pass by this DQ several times a month and this time we had a coupon. But we won't be back except to use the restrooms. They had no honey mustard sauce for chicken tenders. The dipped ice cream cone was defective, two different colors and two weird textures and tasted old and stale. Food was served on a tray, maybe it was clean but it had paint or grease on it, extremely unappetizing. I will be asking for a refund for the cone I had to throw away. Staff did not offer it just explained it away saying air is in the soft serve.

I want to start out by saying the food was delicious. The only problem I had was the waiting time. When we got there, it took them 5 minutes to even recognize me and my friend and take our orders. Then it took a preceeding 10 mins to make 1 blizzard. This upset me because I love DQ and I hope next time I come back, I get better service.

Long wait for food and it wasn't that busy. Staff were bringing in groceries while we were waiting. Not sure if they were understaffed or other issues. My turtle blizzard tasted like strawberry. It wasn't good but I'd already waited and there were more waiting so I didn't complain. Ranch was clumpy. Having this same experience at other DQs. Long waits, no hamburgers, no cheese, lobby closed due to lack of staff. Sad to see this chain going down.

My husband and 14 year old sister in law went through the drive through and ordered me a 6 piece honey BBQ chicken basket, and him and his mom a burger each, they messed up both burgers completely, gave me chicken strips (4 piece) and the lady basically threw the money back at my husband. I’m five months pregnant, had to help a dog give birth, had a cat die in my arms, only had a singular sand which to eat all day, had just got done babysitting two kids I hadn’t planned on, and haven’t slept in two days. Tried to call and get a refund or have them fix it, they hung up, so we went to the store to ask in person and they had shut the store down early. This place is disgusting, horrible staff, and absolutely ruined my day.

Check your receipt!!!! They overcharge almost $1 every time you order a blizzard with cookie dough(even if cookie dough is in the name.) When I say this I'm not talking about "extra stuff". I mean they are charging everyone extra for a simple cookie dough blizzard. Imagine how much money they're making by this action.

Stopped off on a trip, and we should've gone somewhere else in retrospect. Food subpar compared to other DQ's we've visited, tables dirty even early in the day, bathroom floor slippery to the point of being dangerous, and they got part of our order wrong out of sheer carelessness.
