Was not impressed at all, will not be back anytime soon! Definitely understaffed and very poor quality of service. The man at the window was nice but you could tell he was spread way to thin and trying to cover to much at once.
Long wait for food and it wasn't that busy. Staff were bringing in groceries while we were waiting. Not sure if they were understaffed or other issues. My turtle blizzard tasted like strawberry. It wasn't good but I'd already waited and there were more waiting so I didn't complain. Ranch was clumpy. Having this same experience at other DQs. Long waits, no hamburgers, no cheese, lobby closed due to lack of staff. Sad to see this chain going down.
The lady that brought me my food had her hands on my onion rings bring them to me like touch them with her hand when she could hold the box it came in an the lady at the register was
