The receipt doesn't say the woman's name, it just says Kevin. But the Black woman that was working the drive thru this morning at 7:17 a.m. this morning on 1/17/26 was the rudest, most hateful, disrespectful and unprofessional woman I that I've encountered at a restaurant in a very long time!! Not only that but the biscuits were hard as a rock, my cinnamon roll was just as hard and didn't bother giving us any forks or napkins. To top it all off they even shorted us a sausage and egg biscuit. I'd much rather had a refund than the rock hard biscuit but refused to wait a week for the money to be returned to my card. How is this place still in business? I should have checked the reviews before stopping here! Knowing they only had a 3 star rating would have really changed my mind if I had known.

I usually use the drive thru. Most of the time Debbie waits on me. She has a great demeanor about her. She has always been so friendly and helpful with me . She is a great asset to Hardee's.
