Stopped to eat and use the bathroom. Bathroom was really dirty. No soap or towels and obviously out for a while. Couldn’t bring myself to eat in a place where the restroom didn’t have soap for handwashing.

I went to the drive-thru and got two chicken dinners and they were both phenomenal everything was season perfectly and nice and hot

The chicken tastes great, so long as you don't allow yourself to think about being healthy. Just don't overdo it. Every once in a while should be fine.

Went in there service was good but one of the workers smelled so bad that I was afraid to get anything. You should really make sure your workers hygiene is good. Walked by me and all I smelled was feet and sewage.

Went in there while passing through this evening . I walked by one of the workers and she smelled like body odor and poop mixed together she was a big woman the smell was horrible I didn't want to eat there after that. If she smells like that and touching food it's definitely gross and unsanitary.

The woman taking the order was very rude. Had us pull upfront and we waited for around 10 minutes on our order. When she brought it out she didn’t care to look at the parking spots she directed us too. So I had to go inside to get the order. She was then very rude! This was my first visit to the Princeton kfc and I do believe it will be my last! Please do better!

Was asked to to pull up and wait for our food to finish cooking has to wait over 10 mins after placing our order thru the drive thru and paying at the drive thru window lady at the drive thru window said it was because we had to wait for our French fries to finish cooking we pulled forward their was another vehicle already pulled ahead of us and waiting for their order before us and it wasn’t very long till they had their order so we pulled up even further after they got their order but after sitting for ten minutes we pulled around even further around towards the front of the restaurant entrance and closer to the front doors that goes directly into their dining area and visibly can see how many customers they had instead their was only two individuals inside the dining room area so they weren’t that busy so after waiting 10 mins and still no food my husband gets out and goes inside to see what is taking so long he comes back out with the bags of our food which wasn’t that great especially after having to wait for over 10+ mins for food to supposedly finish up cooking whenever my French fries weren’t hot they were hard as a rock and cold plus my chicken wasn’t even hot it was barely warm for someone who had to wait that long for food to cook it should of been burning hot too hot to even pick up let along to actually take a bite without it burning my mouth or tongue but our food wasn’t anything like that it wasn’t hot at all it was barely warm the chicken is so bland it doesn’t even taste the same anymore especially not how their chicken use to taste and this is coming from a former employee that worked at the old kfc and was my first job as a teenager so I understand how the fast food industry works and ik how stressful it can get when your busy but it wasn’t busy the dining area had two people inside it and if your going to have customers pull forward to wait for their food then their food should be damn well hot especially after making your customers wait over 10+ minutes for barely lukewarm food. Yall can do better than that and your employees should want to do better than that too. Or you need to find new ones who do.

Parking: Spacious parking lot along front and sides circling around the restaurants building along with drive thru ordering and window on the back side of the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has designated handicap parking and tables for wheelchair accessibility.

Went to KFC the sides we ordered was wrong, we ordered 2 three piece dinners mashed potatoes and coleslaw, we got two mashed potatoes and no biscuits what so ever and sides had plastic wrap instead of tops. We called and told them they were not concerned at all. This is not the first time that things were messed up they are getting so bad!!!
