Went right before they close. Got ignored then one of the workers got am attitude throwing their hands up and shaking there heads like we were an issue. How hard is it to open the window and say I'm sorry we closed early tonight instead of looking us dead in the face and ignoring us and having attitude and flipping us off.
Overpriced Dog Food,pure garbage, packed with unknown fillers and additives, dehydrated onions that are rehydrated at the store in a bucket at every location across the U.S. AWFUL 🤮 You can't touch on the link you sent and you can't copy and paste it. Designed to discourage opening the link??🤔

The food was correct and fresh, BUT who ever was on the first window/drive thru speaker on 12/18/25 at around 11:20 am MADE MY DAY! Seriously, she was so sweet, and fun it was impossible to not be in a good mood while talking to her or hearing her interact with people. She has such a fun bubbly personality i really hope she takes my order next time I use the drive thru!

They messed up the order the first time, and when they went to fix it, they left out two of the items that was ordered.

Placed order at drive through, was given wrong order, went back. Showed them wrong order, the employee looked at me like I was stupid, didnt say a word. I asked for the manager. Some girl that looked 12 came out, said did you order the double filets? I said yes, to which she replied very snippy, they are being made now, she then walked off? Horrible customer service. Not even an Im sorry for the mix up, we will get them right out.

2x check each bag so you make sure you have the right items and also check your items for the correct requests of toppings like plain or with out pickels

Literally the worst McDonald's. We have had several bad experiences but I'll use tonight as an example. After Christmas shopping I ordered my two toddlers happy meals on the app. We pulled up gave our code. They had 1 car pulled ahead of us, they pulled us to spot 1 and then about 10 minutes later pulled another car up beside us. Maybe 2 minutes later that car got their food, a couple of minutes later the first car got their food. 20 minutes, 20 minutes we sat waiting on two 6 of kid meals. Finally my teenage daughter went in because I have a broken foot and got their food but just like other times we've had issues, they acted like it was an inconvenience. I'm fine with waiting, I get it, we all work in food, but 20 minutes for 12 nuggets and 2 small fries? Come on.

Just paid my hard earned money for a hockey puck bagel that was supposed to be a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit...my dog couldn't even eat it, that's how hard it was. Harder than dry dogfood. Money for nothing...
Ate there today the food was not even luke warm fries was stiff burger was the same way waited a good while for the food the workers in back played on their phones while some just did not pay attention they even forgot to give me my cups for drinks this is what happens when you hire kids to run a business if I own this restaurant, I want to replace management and have the employees can their was one worker that was doing a great job but with no name tags, I guess she cannot get any recognition management. Here is horrible like I said needs to be replaced children should not be allowed to run a kitchen. It's not a playground lobby was dirty tables not cleaned horrible place needs a complete overhaul or close it down please do yourself a favor go somewhere else so update 9/28/25 went got breakfast ordered breakfast burrito this is what I got no meat just cheese very little egg what is going on with management is there even any there this place is sorry horrible place to eat close it down and start over

This place is unbelievable. Every time we come it’s something different. They’ll say things are in the bag that aren’t, we usually order online and somehow they still manage to get that wrong, and other times we’re waiting 30 minutes for 3 meals when nobody’s even in line. Today my spouse had to go back through the line for the sauces and pies we bought that they forgot and on top of that our fries were so cold I had to reheat them here at home. It’s disappointing that this is the only McDonald’s here and this is the service/food we get.

Food was not hot fresh, fries were cold. I ordered a large meal and got a medium fry with barely any fries in it. I stated beforehand to please make sure my large fry is full and fresh. I guess not at this location. The burgers hardly had any sauce on them, and NO napkins or receipt. I called to let someone know and spoke to rude. Poorly managed and lazy. Pay your workers more and maybe, just maybe one may have an order correct. To expensive.

They do not keep track of your order. If I go here 10 times 2 times they got my order right. The food is a typical McDonald's quality just not the food I ordered. They have always been polite just can't give me what I ordered.
