I ordered 2 mcdoubles extra ketchu,mustard,onions. Because they never put all 3 on them when ordered regular and this time they still didnt put any onions. I went it to have them re made and when she gave it to me the woman that took my order inside said we made sure their was extra onions.when i checked them wen i got to my truck you can tell they just wanted to be smart.worst customer service and staff does not know how to make a burger properly.and waited almost 30 minutes for food i couldnt eat

You never get the correct order and it’s slow asf to get. I ordered a double QP with cheese only ketchup and mustard simple stuff, no cheese. Chocolate shake? How about vanilla shake with some chocolate squirted into it. The fries are always cold like you can still taste the freezer on the ends of them. Prince McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast? I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with Extra sauce, I got two tops of a bagel to start, sausage, and no sauce. Sometimes it seems like they purposely provide awful service just so they don’t have to work.

Where should I start. First it took 20 minutes to get two McDoubles and six piece chicken nugget. There were 20 or so cars then went through after I was pulled over to the side. My McDoubles were not made correctly, and the Happy meal wasn't right either. McDonald's just sucks

Fries were hot, but we could not eat them . It tasted like they used a half a box if salt on them . Sandwiches were barely eatable. This had to have been the worst we had had . And we travel alot.
Nearly every time I go here my order is wrong. They have nice people, usually in the morning but a lot of times they are rude. I try to call them and they hang up on me. I had no sauces. I ordered in the app and I waited 30 minutes in line. All mine, my sons and my husbands fries were hard, cold and nasty. I ordered a chicken Big Mac and got a regular one. Mind you, the one I paid for costed more. I’m tired of going here and the food being nasty or wrong and nothing being done about the issues.

Burnt food that was left sitting in a warmer to long cold fries hair in my daughters boo bucket that didn't even have a lid on it no one wearing gloves and although I was the only one in the drive thru I waited about 10 minutes just for cold dry burnt food
