Every single time I go here, they lie. They tell me, "of course there's no cheese," or "your sauce is in the bag, I double checked!" And every.single.time. it is a LIE. This is hands down the worst sonic I have ever been to. Half the stalls are out of order in some way or another, no one here can do their jobs, they always put "your order is on the way" at least 10-15 minutes before they actually walk out with your food, my food is ALWAYS wrong, and half the time when they bring me my food is also cold. I hate this sonic with a passion, they honestly should close it down or fire every single employee and restart.
Dietary restrictions: Don't come here with dietary restrictions. My husband has significant issues with dairy, and they still always ignore our request for no cheese on his food.
Parking: Half the stalls are broken but you cant tell until you pull in ans then have to pull out. I could pull into at least 7 parking spots there before I park in a working one.
Kid-friendliness: Their kids meals are overpriced crap.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible.

App order drinks with easy ice. Paid $3 and change. Ended up with cups full of ice. So lazy you can't take time to read a ticket. Maybe 4 cars there all together. Just not doing there job.

The order was taken so quickly I didn't realize there was a mistake. When I addressed it I was made to pay the extra charge. Also it says "real banana " shake. Nit true. The woman taking my order was not friendly.
