The drive through broken and they take too long

Order thru the app, when I pulled up their was my vehicle and on other vehicle in drive thru, watched customers walk in while waiting in line after I’ve done ordered 45 mins ago, finally get to the window and the woman tells me she’s clearing out the lobby b4 she get to mine

The workers were super accommodating when I was about to order after waiting in line for awhile just to realize I needed to go pick up my wife from work immediately.

They let me place my order and then come back to pick it up.

Friendly and answered my questions when I was deciding what vegetables would be good on the chicken salad I was trying for the first time.

Haven't had many good experiences at this subway the past few years so it was greatly appreciated.

My sandwich literally tasted gross. Like something wasn’t fresh like it’s supposed to be. I mean subway is supposed to have FRESH everything in the food.

I placed an online order for a protein bowl. I put in the "special instructions" box to please cook the bacon until it is crispy. I don't know if the sandwich artist saw my request and ignored it or if they didn't even look. I even gave a five dollar tip, which is above 20%. This isn't the first time that this has happened at this location. I'm a believer in second chances, but I probably won't eat at this location again.

This is a pretty great place! I am typically enjoyed by this place! The only bad thing is they don’t take coupons! It kinda irks me! Also need more workers very slow.

Ordered a $10 tortilla steak and cheese footlong tonight. He didn't even heat the meat. When I bite into it the steak was so cold water came out of it.I prefer not to order at the window, but it seems they close the lobby and only can order at the window and only have one person working. Flat out decusting, they want even subway coupons. Never eating there again
