I placed an online order for a protein bowl. I put in the "special instructions" box to please cook the bacon until it is crispy. I don't know if the sandwich artist saw my request and ignored it or if they didn't even look. I even gave a five dollar tip, which is above 20%. This isn't the first time that this has happened at this location. I'm a believer in second chances, but I probably won't eat at this location again.

This is a pretty great place! I am typically enjoyed by this place! The only bad thing is they don’t take coupons! It kinda irks me! Also need more workers very slow.

Ordered a $10 tortilla steak and cheese footlong tonight. He didn't even heat the meat. When I bite into it the steak was so cold water came out of it.I prefer not to order at the window, but it seems they close the lobby and only can order at the window and only have one person working. Flat out decusting, they want even subway coupons. Never eating there again

Ordered chicken because I have an alpha gal allergy. They put steak on my wrap instead. I informed them that I am allergic to beef and was told they don't sell beef. I informed them that steak is a beef product.
Dietary restrictions: Make sure you check your food because you may ask for one thing and they may decide to give you another that you're allergic to.
Recommended dishes: Garlic Roast Beef, Roast Beef, Chicken Sandwich, Steak & Cheese, Titan Turkey, The Philly, Personal Cheese Pizza

One of the worst experiences at Subway I have ever had.Walked in and waited over 2 minutes at the counter before shouting. Hello for somebody to come take my order?Showed a coupon I had it received locally.In my mailbox they denied the coupon. Sandwich artist didn't know how to lay out the tomatoes properly. Sandwich artists then drownded my sub in sauce.Horrible experience they definitely need training. One of the Sandwich artists didn't even know the type of breads from each other.Should be accepting coupons if you're gonna be a subway. One of the worst experiences at Subway I have ever had.
