Had a mobile order and As usual something got messed up with it, this time a whole gordita was missing, 9 times out of 10 something like this happens EVERY time, its like they don't even look at the screens.

Me and my husband normally go to Taco Bell late at night and every time have been disappointed with the night shift. We've had stuff forgotten and I always add extra cheese and sour cream but nobody seems to do that BUT tonight we came at 9 pm and got out food and we had a decent 20 minute drive home. Our food remained hot and the burrito was gushing inside with extra cheese and sour cream my potatoes were the same way. So idk who cooked nightshift tonight but shout-out to them I was amazed.

I went through drive-thru and Stu served us at the window—his service and attitude were so refreshing. He was so polite and we could tell he takes his job seriously. One of the best food service workers I’ve encountered!

Ordered double meat and double sour cream on a party pack... got stuck with the incredible $ 55.00 bill for SAD ~~really SAD~~ not the partying type either of tacos. Plus 2 volcano burritos ... SO NOT WORTH IT !!! Don't know how I would have acted if the meat was not " doubled ". Guess it would have been vegetarian ? possibly cheaper ?
