I watched first the manager then a female employee walk out of the restroom without washing their hands. Gross McDonalds. Do better. I come here at least 4 times a week cause unfortunately I live where there are no restaurants, now I’ll just eat at home. Cause I will not eat gross ass burgers!!

What is the point of the app to order when they ALWAYS make you pull over to the side??? Completely pointless when you sit there for food you ordered ahead of time and have to wait 30 minutes for them to bring it out to you.

No French Fries in bags. Waited for them. Got home to cold fries and a wet nasty hamburger bun. Have to ask for ketchup. It must be a rule if customer ask for extra onion give them none! Third time I gave them a redemption chance. No more chances. I highly recommend passing this place up. Madisonville is too close and with much better food too!

no matter what you order, or if there is anyone else in line behind you or not, they will ALWAYS MAKE YOU PULL TO THE SIDE! all to make their time look better. this is the only one I've been to that did this every single time. and there is one particular blonde working the morning shift who is absolutely hateful. corporate should overhaul this location.

This location loves to use the "pull forward" phrase! I was pulled forward the other day so they could make my soft drinks. In the last 2 months I have not been through tue drive thru without being told to pull forward and with no explanation at all. Some of the workers are at least friendly about it but then you have some that just say "go to spot #1!" I am currently setting in spot #1 along side a car in spot #2 and in #3. There is also a car they just pulled forward. Come on McDonald's!! Do better!!!
McDonald's food is what it is but the whole staff is awesome, the world needs more young kids like that.

The restaurant was clean inside and outside. The staff was nice and helpful. The food was fresh and hot.
Parking: Plenty of parking. There's a handicap parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals. There's no playground at this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.

Beware that this McDonald's mops the floor of the entire restaurant several times throughout the day. Their defense is that people will call corporate about a dirty floor. My defense is that my son lives with a traumatic brain injury, and that's a hell that no one wants to live with. Someone is bound to fall and hit their head, and the manager at this McDonald's knows that a lawsuit would happen. So, yellow cones are all over the restaurant. Obviously, the only way to prevent a fall would be to mop before the business day begins and after the business day ends. But they are not concerned about customers' safety, just lawsuits. For your safety, use the drive thru.
