Went today and got a 2 sausage biscuits and a bacon biscuit all of them were hard as rocks couldn’t even eat the 15 dollar meal I payed for😡 frappe was good tho

Never in my life have I felt the need to write a review, but this McDonald’s pushed me to it. I ordered a medium fry and waited way too long. When I finally went up to the counter to ask where my food was, the guy up front (turns out he’s the manager, Tom) basically told me I already got my fries and acted like I was lying. He straight-up called me a liar to my face instead of fixing the issue.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed problems here either. The place is poorly run, and this manager, Tom, has a habit of talking down to his own employees in a rude and disrespectful way. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Honestly, I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with him.

Everytime I order from here, the food is luke warm or cold. They always get something in my order wrong for instance, tonight I ordered a 2 $5 meals we didn't get the nuggets for either one of them, the fries were cold, my burger was supposed to have no pickle no mustard and it had both. We ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and a basket of fries, the nugs and fries were cold and hard. I have worked fast food and know people make mistakes but every single time I order there its messed up.

I always pass through combo number 5 and my coffee hot franch vanilla latte after my work, but today I received the most disgusting coffee of my life, some of the ingredients were broken.

They park every vehicle that comes thru! When I stated I did not want to park, I was told I can be refunded, until I asked if I was being refused business if I didn't park. Then the tone changed as I told the manager that it is not a requirement for me to park. He then said it is required of them to ask the customer to park. Every car- Everyone it's ridiculous. It is a fast food restaurant drive thru!

Most McDonalds I've been to are hit and miss, never consistent on their food. Never had bad food here. Fries are always hot, salty and crispy, burgers aren't sloppy. Best McDonalds around.

Great place to eat. If you want a spicy chick and order it plain you will not get a spicy chicken they put a crispy on it. And then claim it's the same thing.. then make you take a flipping lunch break 2 hours into your day and forces us employees to work 6 hours. With 2 ten min breaks and I don't even take them most days. Do not have time
They put a McRib on a McDouble bun. Who does that?

I watched first the manager then a female employee walk out of the restroom without washing their hands. Gross McDonalds. Do better. I come here at least 4 times a week cause unfortunately I live where there are no restaurants, now I’ll just eat at home. Cause I will not eat gross ass burgers!!

What is the point of the app to order when they ALWAYS make you pull over to the side??? Completely pointless when you sit there for food you ordered ahead of time and have to wait 30 minutes for them to bring it out to you.

No French Fries in bags. Waited for them. Got home to cold fries and a wet nasty hamburger bun. Have to ask for ketchup. It must be a rule if customer ask for extra onion give them none! Third time I gave them a redemption chance. No more chances. I highly recommend passing this place up. Madisonville is too close and with much better food too!
