I have visited the store three times now. Each time our service has been wonderful! And the coffee has been delicious. I prefer hot coffee and have enjoyed the honey cinnamon coffee as well as truffle ( Mocha and hazelnut). The staff is very friendly and knowing that supporting this coffee house supports the community is a blessing to me.
Update: I appreciate the response which addressed my issue and encouraged a second chance. I visited this morning and by chance I met with AJ, one of the owners, and we had a nice chat. He reassured me that poor customer service is not the norm and nowhere near the standard. He also let me know that their equipment for the drive thru, that allowed for patrons to tip, was glitchy and crashed their system so they don't use it. RADCLIFF FINALLY HAS A GREAT COFFEE SHOP!!! Phenomenal food, service and atmosphere!! Soo calm and chill and the Bizzee Bee iced latte is just right! Not too sweet and hits the spot! Highly recommend!
