I've had the pleasure of dining with them twice in the past 2 weeks, and the food and service have been amazing. We are currently watching an ant crawl on the table. The appetizer combo was put together sloppy ALL of the sauces were spilled on something on the platter. No napkins, small plates or silverware given until I was damn near done playing with the appetizer, which I had to ask for, oh and my buffalo chicken was birnt. The fiesta lime chicken was dry as the Nevada desert. As was the cilantro rice. There was a noodle in my pico and I'm mad! And the drinks were wrong. Grrrrrrrrrr. My husband and daughter had no complaints, it's probably just me...

This is the third time that I have stopped to the Applebee’s in Radcliff, where no one ever showed to give my wife and I our food at curbside pick up. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us the manager was too busy to talk to us. On February 28, 2025 they told us it would Take approximately 19 minutes for our food to be done. It was more like over an hour when we called. It was like they forgot all about us and told us that they Would start cooking our food, but we just canceled. We sat in the parking lot for almost an hour waiting while other people got there before us and got their food.

Really decent burgers for delivery or to-go, but I wish they used a tamper apparent sticker. I'm 90% sure the delivery guy ate half the fries lol

I sadly write this as I wait for my bill that I’ve been waiting for over half an hour for. We waited 45 minutes for our food and 20 minutes just to order it. I got the 3 cheese penne and it came with a side of hair. Definitely do not recommend. #dont come if you don’t want to spend all day or risk eating hair.
