We gto Arbys quite regular when we have coupons. There is a $2 coupon for shakes and twice we were told the shake machine is down. The second time we asked for turnovers instead. They said they already made the amount allowed for that day. We were willing to wait till they made us one. But they refused us. It was around 8pm
We didn't get anything so there was no dine in.

Stopped for a few things, mainly ham and cheese sliders. They said they didn't have any ham but more likely they didn't want to slice it 3 hours before they closed. They pulled us out of the drive thru because they said they were waiting on fresh fries. That took about 15 minutes but the fries were fresh.

Order through doordash so got my refund. I ordered 2 BBQ bacon burgers with onion straws and received double burger with tomato and lettuce highly allergic to tomatoes can't even eat it. Also ordered crinkle fries and they was delivered cold, hard as a rock couldn't even eat them. So had to throw food away which I'm against. Do better or get people who will pay attention to orders

I come here maybe 3 times a wk 🤭 the FOOD is amazing. They havent had ranch in like 2wks tho. And the young lady who recommended the peppercorn or peppered ranch. U awesome! The young man who works in the evening DOES NOT put napkins or anything in your TO GO bag but the food. Which is annoying cause I usually come before I go to work overnight. It also can be annoying when they wrap it messy so its all over the wrapper, and u dont have napkins🫠😑😮‍💨 TRY THE CHEESESTEAK IT IS AMMMMAZIIINNNNGGGGG. ALSO the app helps u save money n get discounts 🩷🩷🫶🏽

Food was 3 stars due to wrong size fries, and the curly fries I ordered had more crinkle fries than curly. Service was average at best. Oh, I only got 1 of the 3 drinks that I ordered also. Come on, Arby's, do better.

The food was good not great. The staff were efficient not able to do more than that. They had several large orders, kids teams for take out. They were short staffed. The dining room was dirty so was the restrooms.
