Went to the drive thru they totally ignored me didn't say hello welcome to arby's etc nothing just very rude if it wasn't for the food I definately wouldn't go back, I'm not going back for awhile here.... Update nothing has changed with this restaurant just as nasty and unprofessional as always especially to DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers I mean they literally will not work with the customer who paid for the food to just provide at least half of the ingredient of the food that they pay for and give you some excuse like oh it's an inventory thing or I will lose my job sounds like a crock of crap It's more like I just don't feel like doing it because I'm lazy and if you're Uber Eats and DoorDash you can forget about them treating you with respect because we're all human beings and deserve respect and this place does not want to give it to you

This is the absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to! The place should just be shut down and turned into a business that cares. They are ALWAYS out of whatever I want when I do come there. Always! They have been through tons of different management and nobody can get it right. Ordered DoorDash the other day and they were out of steak nuggets. Went through the drive thru last night and they were out of Nashville hot mozzarella stick. I even pulled up one day about a year ago and they were our or roast beef! Just tear it down!

Me and my husband came third the drive through order a large. Fry two roast beef sliders and double cheddar roast beef we was missing the fry and the roast beef slider and the double was not a double it was a single and the food was cold and nasty never had bad service here at this location I don’t know what’s going on

Oct 3 2025,5:10 pm. Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru line without making it to the speaker! Pulled out of line to go inside and the doors were locked! A customer that was inside came out the door and said he had been waiting for 25 minutes inside! I dont know if they were short staffed or what the problem was but this is inexcusable!

Just grabbed a pick up order it was good other than the drinks pretty watered down and I get it no biggie it happens but other than that the food is always good always consistent

8/11/25 Who ever the guy is working the window he needs a raise!!! Great service
We gto Arbys quite regular when we have coupons. There is a $2 coupon for shakes and twice we were told the shake machine is down. The second time we asked for turnovers instead. They said they already made the amount allowed for that day. We were willing to wait till they made us one. But they refused us. It was around 8pm We didn't get anything so there was no dine in.

Stopped for a few things, mainly ham and cheese sliders. They said they didn't have any ham but more likely they didn't want to slice it 3 hours before they closed. They pulled us out of the drive thru because they said they were waiting on fresh fries. That took about 15 minutes but the fries were fresh.

Order through doordash so got my refund. I ordered 2 BBQ bacon burgers with onion straws and received double burger with tomato and lettuce highly allergic to tomatoes can't even eat it. Also ordered crinkle fries and they was delivered cold, hard as a rock couldn't even eat them. So had to throw food away which I'm against. Do better or get people who will pay attention to orders
