The lovely lady who took my order in the drive thru this morning was so nice! I was playing my music and she loved it so I turned it up louder and she was dancing. She is a whole vibe and I love her energy ā¤ļø I wish I had a name but don't see one on the receipt. She knows who she is! Keep up the amazing work!! š„³

Ordered a medium and large breakfast potato rounds. The medium was filled , but the large wasnāt. The large was the same as the medium potatoes. So I paid an up-charge for a bigger potato for no reason.
I was handed my childrensā food in bags that looked as though they had been balled up before use. I was so shocked I had to ask the man at the window why they looked like that. He said āitās because they roll them upā. These bags do not look rolled nor folded. Not to mention they had preexisting fold creases. Which is strange because they were not handed to me folded. When I looked inside the window I saw brand new kid meal bags under the counter. You legit gave my children used bags. Thatās just crazy!
Very poor for my experience, was charged individually for everything when I ordered a meal, my whopper was poorly put together and tasted as if it were microwaved, the fries were okay, the drink was decent, the service was normal, never eating there again.

Whoppers for fantastic I tried the purple bun one really Iove the freeze done perfect. Also the chocolate pie great choice

Terrible service. I waited 10 minutes to even order so I went to leave and was blocked in by the car at the window for another 10 minutes. 20 minutes total no order no food.

i had to wait in line for 40 minutes waiting on my order, once it was done it was completely incorrect, Amanda is so incompetent when it comes to making a burger, i specifically asked for a double whopper with ranch lettuce, tomato everything on it and it was just BUNS WITH MEAT NOTHING ELSE NOT EVEN A DOUBLE. still never got cheese
Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger, the Amanda Bunger.

Parking: Amanda has her friends come up and block off all the parking on the front so my disabled friend has to go all the way across the parking lot, for COLD BUNS WITH MEAT

burger king more like burger peasant . they forgot to take the pickles out so i asked for the manager woman and they said "she is a man , duh!" which i found kinda rude and offensive but then i asked for mister manager and he/she went ballistic on me . im confused and betrayed like doing a bachelor party in thailand

Parking: blue spots are taken , im taken but you know what isnt taken ? MY DAMN ORDER CAUSE IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND PARKING FOR HALF A DAMN HOUR !
Kid-friendliness: ye im friendly to kids except when they spill mayo all over the damn wheelchair ramp

$50 for 3 meals that came with cold fries and room temp burgers. Why is this place even open for dinner? Lunch is the only time Burger King has not disappointed me regularly. Drive thru employee was nice but it becomes condescending when they are smiling at you while handing you cold garbage in a bag. This is not the only location that disappoints, just the last straw for my familyās hard earned money. Never again Burger King.

Was in the parking lot ordering online when staff locked the lobby doors wasnāt even 6pm when I went thru the drive thru the lady didnāt seem to figure out how to work her headset had to pull up to the first window when I told her my order she couldnāt find it in the computer asked if I had the right place said yes she walked off a few min later came back and said she couldnāt find it asked me again bout if I had the right place showed her the order on my phone screen she again walked off another few min later came back asked for a name gave her one still could t find it walked off to another computer n came back w a slip n I said yes thatās it obviously they canāt do their jobs they def didnāt have many people there that day or many customers so save your time go elsewhere
I just came through their drive thru right from the start the person takin our order was confusing about what we ordered, pulled us after we paid and sat in the hot sun for 15 minutes and just got home to see two of our burgers weren't what we ordered, i immediately called their store; twice it just rang no answer whatsoever. I am definitely not happy with their establishment.

Again, i stopped for a burger and fries after such a long time. And again the wrost of the wrost experience. This time around the the server behind the register took my order, and agian i get the wrong things. You ask for a double whopper with bacon, and you get a burger but no bacon, and to top it off they put cheese. Worst costumers service employee lies to your face if you ask for a certain thing products ( ie fresh fries with no salt )manager(shift lead) should be given more classes on customer service. Why would yo I think a place changes but it doesn't.
