Went through the drive-thru. I changed my sides on my orders. Instead of getting what I ordered, I got the standard sides. None of the requested condiments were included in the bag either, even though they were on the receipt. Ridiculous!

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my meal. The food? Simply outstanding! Everything was hot, fresh, and made to order. The fish was perfectly seasoned and fried to crispy perfection, while the sides were flavorful and cooked just right. I especially loved the hushpuppies—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. It's clear they take great pride in providing high-quality food that exceeds expectations. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our meal, checking in regularly and making sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find such a combination of delicious food and top-tier customer service, but Captain D's nails it! If you're in the mood for fresh, flavorful seafood in a welcoming environment, Captain D's is the place to be. I can't wait to return!
