Everything was hot and fresh. I like my sides crispy so I asked for them to b fried longer. They didnt have a problem with that. Great lady at drive thru. Perfect experience 👌🏾
I live all the way in Louisville I drive to Radcliff just because I know I’m goin to see Ms Dedra who has excellent customer service. Every time I pull up she comes on the speaker so pleasant and repeat my order and makes sure she heard me correctly then when I pull up to the window and she’s checking my order to see if the cook got it right as well. Thank you for always being so positive Ms Dedra
Very aggravated! I placed an online order, Went to the window to pick it up. Told the Lady at the window, I wanted tartar sauce and malt vinegar. She was like oh no worries.All the sauces are already in there. I said I did not put them in online?How could they be. She said you see that tag on there that says the sauces? I assure you they are in there. I get home and guess what? She was just too lazy to even check. The tag that she was talking about clearly says check sauces....
