I absolutely love this place! I always get the Dubai strawberries and they're loaded all the way through. You never get a bite of plain strawberries unless you want that. We usually cut ours up into a bowl. Today I tried their lemon gelato and their espresso gelato and they were absolutely perfect. Especially their lemon one. The staff is always so kind. Today I spoke with the young woman (I feel so bad I didn't ask her name) that is there and she was so incredibly sweet and helped offer suggestions after we discussed that I have ARFID and bonus points that she immediately knew what it was. Hands down my favorite place to get a little sweet treat! Thank you to her for making it such a welcome feeling.

Love the food and the Turkish Coffee! The chocolate was very smooth and tasteful! The cheesecake filling was full of flavor and smooth as well. I will continue to go. The crepe was the best I have ever had hands down!

I usually donāt believe in writing one star reviews but I also donāt believe in disrespect.
Sep 30th around 8-8:30pm I went inside to place an order and was met by a young white woman with face piercings working the counter. I spent roughly 5 minutes (standing off to the side, out of the way of other customers) looking at the menu and items in the glass display; yet every time I glanced at the counter she was just staring bullets of disgust into my eyes. Keep in mind this is an hour and a half before closing at 10pm. I placed my order to which I was met with attitude and it was very obvious she was upset that I wanted to order a bakery item that would take 10-15 mins to bake. Upon receiving my food and beginning to leave, I noticed her attempting to vacuum the front of the store. A family walks inside to order (mind you, this is still an hour and a half before closing.) She looks at them with absolute hatred, loudly tosses the vacuum cleaner to the side and slowly drags herself to the register, feet dragging on the ground and everything. Like a literal toddler working the counter.
Food was great, service was horrible.

We took a minute to observe items on the menu and in the glass display and she stared at us the entire time with disgust. Upon taking our order she continued to have a short choppy attitude and was visibly frustrated when we ordered a bakery item that would take ā15 minutesā. After receiving my order and preparing to leave, I noticed she began to try to vacuum the lobby despite not being closed yet, she then stared at a family walk in with a awful look on her face and threw the vacuum to the side and was rolling her eyes. Great establishment but needs better service staff wise.
