Food was great, burger was cooked to request. Staff may have been new or a newer employee thumb on plate. Dishes not washed completely on bottoms had debris on them.

Steak came out cold and the small baby bake potato, sent it back to have them try for the second time for fresh food but no it didn’t came out like they put it on the grill to just toss it around a few things med to get warm just a little, so now I’m done with it . Had to ask for a manager to take it off , and the manager never ask if she could fix something else or replace it with something.

Poor customer lace to eat and will never be back again.

My husband and I decided to give this place a try today. Everything was good untill our food came and a black hair was laying across my baked potato. We notified the waiter who quickly switched it out for a new one. My husband then noticed another black hair under his steak on the plate. We were never offered a discount or anything. Paid $27 each for steak. Quite disappointed.

We were sat in the party room with 8 people. 6 kids and 2 adults. We were seated at 4:50 pm. It took 35 minutes to get our appetizers after we sat for 20 minutes waiting for a server to even be greeted. Our server apologized multiple times for our wait due to gos coming in. We got our food at 6:15 pm. With immediately needing to go boxes from eating so long for our food. We left at 6:30. We were there but togos apparently have the upper hand over dining.. ordered our steak medium and got it well done. I guess from sitting in the window. Not sure what happened they weren’t busy. 150$ spent on us waiting and having to box our food up and leave after it was served.

Colton’s Steak House & Grill surprise me with a delicious New York Strip Steak with ancho chipotle butter and onion tanglers.The service and staff were amazing.

This was our first time at Colton’s Steakhouse, and everything was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, the staff were friendly, and our server was attentive. I had the country fried steak with smashed potatoes and fried okra—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. My son had the sirloin with salad and steak fries, and he really enjoyed it. Great food and great service—we’ll definitely be back!

Only negative is that there’s not one closer to home. Make Valley Station your next KY location!

Abby was our waitress last night and did an incredible job. Food was delicious, hot and naturally we ordered too much. We have never been disappointed with Colton's. We've been to 3 of their restaurants and I always know we're going to have a great experience. 😊

I want to give the place a chance and see if there are any issues the first time I go there. The first time was two years ago, and there was mold on the ceiling and a lot of dust. Then last week, we went, and two of the dishes had hair in them. I was polite about it, and they did nothing to fix the issue. I do not recommend going here.

Ordered both a sirloin and a filet medium both were cooked good and seared nicely but it was a shame both didn't have no flavor to them.
