Placed an order around 11am which still hadn't arrived an hour and a half later. Called the store and was told that a 20 pizza order was placed 20mins after mine but was given priority for some bizarre reason. Mine was still coming, but had been out of the oven 15mins already. Insane to put a single medium pizza behind such a huge order as if they shouldn't be calling that in ahead of time. The Wilson location is 100x better but unfortunately I live a few feet closer to this one for deliveries and have had multiple issues with massive delays. Just go somewhere else they don't want your business here.

Christina is a horrible driver. When my food FINALLY arrived it was cold and missing items. Usually Domino's is my favorite pizza place but never ordering from this store again. I'd rather drive to Elizabethtown to get my food. Disappointing

Domino’s made it right! I was happy with the response. They didn’t send me an email but they wrote a personal letter 💌and I’ll never forget their efforts😊
I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s for over 12 years, but this visit was disappointing. The ranch packet arrived already opened, and the buffalo wings barely had any sauce, far below the usual quality. I hope this was just an off day because Domino’s is normally much better.

Delivery on post and pretty quick being on post. Worked on several bases they didn't get lost food was still hot and got on post with no issues. Highly recommend especially if you work at night!

I wish I could give zero stars for my experience with Domino's service. I ordered curbside pickup and followed the app's instructions by flashing my hazards for 20 minutes. When I finally walked inside, I was told they had no idea I was there. The customer service was horrible, and to top it off, my pizza was cold by the time I got it home. Extremely disappointing!

Service is always so slow. Pizza wasn’t that great. Wings were overcooked. Order was incorrect and had to be remade. We waited an hour past our scheduled time.

Drivers forget food or drinks about 2/5 times I’ve ordered.
Experienced one driver park two blocks away and had me walk to get my food.
Food didn’t show up. Driver said she placed it on the table and left. I don’t have a table outside. Why didn’t she knock on the door? We waited for 2 1/2 hours it was 11:30 when the driver finally told us where she left the food. I don’t believe she was even on the right street. SMH. Maybe she just wanted to go home and took the pizza too

Tried Domino's for the first time in a year. There were barely any toppings and the pizza was soggy.

Always late and always missing items. We have never received what we order in completion, and we have never gotten our food on time, even if we are in the restaurant while it is being made. I can't choose more than one but we have done pick up and delivery and both are disappointing experiences. Pickup, we waited in a line longer than an hour after our food was supposed to be done.
Our food was supposed to be done AND delivered more than an hour ago. So, our food was supposed to be here over an hour ago and we JUST found out they have 0 drivers to deliver food. I'm usually one to emphasize empathy, but in this case it's a lack of responsibility on the businesses part
