“I have always enjoyed having a Dunkin within walking distance of my Army schools on Fort Knox. In my opinion, Dunkin is better in every way compared to Starbucks, i.e., you get more for your money, the coffee doesn't taste burnt, etc. Starbucks is also not in a short walking distance for those who are not fortunate to have cars. My favorite drink to order is an iced Americano with lite ice, and Dunkin actually gives you lite ice, unlike Starbucks, which takes away 4 pieces of ice :), then looks at you like why you complaining 😄. You want an easy pick me up, try Dunkin' at this location, and order ahead on the app to save time!“

“I am a frequent customer to Dunkin. I get a big smile on my face when I see either Tara or Matthew is working. They always make my drink PERFECT!!! . If my drink was made incorrectly they were quick to apologize and correct the mistake.
Mistake do happen but I would have to say that 99% of the time it's always right. I appreciate the level of customer service I receive. Nita who usually cooks the food always turn smiles and waves. If not busy she will take a few seconds to come say Hi. Just a great group of people.“
