Umm no. This location is not it at all. It is absolutely absurd to make your employees stand outside in dangerously cold temperatures without any sort of heating. You also do not switch your employees out every 30 minutes as you are supposed to. Corporate Will Notified As Well As the Labor Cabinet. The Coffee is definitely not that good to have your employees out in the cold like you do. Other Dutch Brothers that I have been to provide these heating boxes for their employees. The location is also terrible and parking is ridiculous. Get it together.

I get their flavored green teas. They are so delicious. I have tried several flavors and each time is amazing! My friend and I come here about once a week and have not one complaint about them. Yeah their lines can be long, but it depends what time you go. The prices on the other hand, is cheaper than I expected. But, the staff have been nice and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here.

Absolutely in love with this Dutch Bros! The past 3 or 4 times I have been here as been immaculate vibes and super amazing drinks. I’ve tried several suggestions from the workers and they all taste delicious!! To Keegan and Patience (I hope I’m spelling your names right) you both have been absolutely wonderful!! I will continue to come back whenever I can 🩷

Ordered 25 mins ahead of time for pick up. When arrived they told me it would still be 6-7 mins. Crazy, also parking lot does not wrap around so nearly impossible to leave when drive thru is full

The drive thru experience is terrible, there was only 4 cars in front me but I still waited 34 minutes. Its literally the slowest drive thru I've experienced

Most of the low reviews are due to it being a brand new establishment, with a very different business model than this area is used too, it takes time to train the locals, not just the staff but the community for how they do things.
drastically different than any other coffee shops around here.
I will agree with others that the parking lot is strange, and not the best design layout , but it’s not the worst we have in Radcliff.

I’ve been experiencing DB for 28+ years (we are from Oregon).
This particular location has been Fantastic, staff has been great, very friendly, every order I’ve placed has been spot on ( our family has been stopping in at least once a week since they opened).the wait times where long in the beginning, but they have thinned out very quickly ( our longest wait time was about 30 mins on opening week, now it’s been less than 10 minutes).
Prices are GREAT especially for the portion sizes! So nice having a better tasting and cheaper option over Starbucks.
They have really streamlined the process with the mobile ordering.

Came here twice now. First time was unsatisfied, drinks which I ordered looked like crap and wasn’t as good as it should have been. Second time which was today, my Redbull Energy looked Grey when it only raspberry and pineapple in it. Surprisingly it tasted good, A milkshake with a lot of ice so basically an ice shake. Also, both times the drive thru has been a 30-45 min wait just for my drinks to be sloppy and not made how they should. Improvements are definitely needed!!!!

I witnessed the man with a white ponytail and a cow nose piercing rinsing a spoon by dumping water into my Freeze coffee this morning. What is the reason behind this action? I just needed my jumpstart smh just wow but only your cameras captured that! God bless. I hope this behavior is not typical of all staff members. It wasn’t always like this the past 2 weeks I’ve ordered 🫠

The service and food were awesome. I cannot deny that. However, I'm glad I had my 17-year-old with me and not my 11-year-old. Blasting the unedited version of Freek-A-Leek over the intercom isn't really family friendly. My 90s child at heart got a kick out of it, but it would've been awkward otherwise had my little one been with me....

Bad parking/drive through design for when it’s busy; spent an hour in the drive through for a single drink; next time will probably park in an adjacent lot and walk over
Love that we finally have a Dutch Bros locally. My drinks are always spot on, the only thing that sucks is that once you're in the parking lot you cannot leave until you wait at least 30-45 minutes in the drive through line even if you did a pick up order. Nonetheless it won't stop me from going back.

Very poor parking design, stuck in the pickup spot for 20 mins because the line was wrapped around the building that long with no movement, just a stand still in the drive thru. Coffee was also not up to Dutch Bros standard. We were so excited to see them opening up in our area, it sucks that it sucks and we won't be back 🙁
