Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The cashier was brand new and I forgot I wanted to leave a review lol but I think her name was sabima or something similar.
She was very lovely and patient with me, as I’m hard to understand sometimes with my accent. There was a man that went by “black Freddy” who was helping train her and definitely made my first experience at Freddy’s a great one. Definitely look forward to eating there many, MANY TIMES!
The California style burger was delicious and cooked very well and wasn’t overpowered by the sauce, and the concrete style vanilla cup was divine. The custard was creamy, not too sweet, and stayed solid much longer than most custard I’ve had. Go to Freddy’s, get something delicious and enjoy that atmosphere!

The food at Freddy’s in Radcliff is always fresh and delicious . Service is always amazing! Manager/ Owner is super friendly and attentive! Thanks for a great family environment👏👏👏

Ordered 2 combos in the drive through. Drove home, and they gave one of my burgers, no patty. Drove 15 minutes back, and they replaced the burger. Not very thrilled, check your food before leaving the drive through.

I put a mobile order in for 2:15 but got here at 2. There was no line and they were not busy. They didn’t have my order up yet on there screen so I told them it was a fry with two things of fry sauce, cheese curds, a root beer float and a large dp. They got rude with me at the speaker and still refused to make it until 2:15. It was only 4 things and not big meals so I don’t understand why they couldn’t just verify it when I got to the window because I had it pulled up on the app and my email. I sat waiting 15 more minutes when they could’ve just verified it and made it?Normally I love this place but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

6 people working, only one busy girl behind the counter and no one else can take your order. Was really excited to try this place but I’ll put it on the not again list.
