Ordered 2 combos in the drive through. Drove home, and they gave one of my burgers, no patty. Drove 15 minutes back, and they replaced the burger. Not very thrilled, check your food before leaving the drive through.

I put a mobile order in for 2:15 but got here at 2. There was no line and they were not busy. They didn’t have my order up yet on there screen so I told them it was a fry with two things of fry sauce, cheese curds, a root beer float and a large dp. They got rude with me at the speaker and still refused to make it until 2:15. It was only 4 things and not big meals so I don’t understand why they couldn’t just verify it when I got to the window because I had it pulled up on the app and my email. I sat waiting 15 more minutes when they could’ve just verified it and made it?Normally I love this place but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

The food tasted as good and fresh as any other day I visit and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There's nothing to be said about the atmosphere. There were a bunch of families who were out for trunk or treat.

Don't waste your time with this dump. After waiting for your carryout that's 40 minutes late, they'll hand you a "concrete" that's the consistency of chocolate milk. Just GO TO STEAK N

Freddys in Radcliffe, Ky was amazing. I ordered food for a soccer team and they were very timely and accommodating. Brittany was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend this restaurant.

ordered a milkshake got a concrete if i wanted ice cream i would have ordered ice cream i wanted a milkshake not a blizzard... then tell the drive thru lady she got it wrong and im done... so went to try the blizzard and they didnt even put the wrong toppings in there...was a cup of ice cream i paid 8 bucks for a cup of ice cream.... didnt even get the wrong pie in the ice cream... just ice cream this place is crap
