Hair in mashed potatoes chicken breast gummy not eatable so gross especially hair in potatoes KFC lost their STANDARDS! Think twice before eating there. I hope When they move to Texas all stores go nasty food!!! Hair in food made me sick discussing never going back. Popeye chicken here I come.

Simply ordered take out the lady at the window who grabbed our meal looked at us like we just punched a kitten. Not friendly whatsoever didn’t even get our order right went back in and got attitude for something they messed up. They need to clean house and hire more friendly people I don’t understand why some people work customer service when they have no interest in even being nice to customers

The hospitality needs major improvement. No one spoke to me upon entry, though countless employees saw me standing at the counter. One employee finally came to the counter though he greeted me with silence. Safe to say I would not return.

People who work there don’t know specials or how to tell a customer they don’t have online ordering
This location is terrible. Whether I be picking up for myself or doing delivery jobs this location is always SO SLOW and yesterday I was met with such bad attitudes and terrible customer service. I placed my order through the app for pickup. I went to the drive thru, a lady comes on the speaker and says "welcome to KFC we'll be with you when we can" not as soon as we can, not shortly, just WHEN we can.. then leaves me sitting there for OVER 5 minutes, there were 2 cars they had pull around to wait for their orders, another car pulled in behind me and was waiting impatiently, inching forward on me as if I can control the employees inside... I pulled up to the window and she opens it looking at me like I'm crazy. I tell her "I placed a mobile order for (my name) it's already been paid for" she turns around all huffy, grabs my order, that had been sitting there and shoves it out the window .. Doesn't say shit after that... DO BETTER! To ignore a customer that's already placed and paid for their order because you're ignoring your drive thru is bs. I don't know if they're understaffed or what but if you hate your job get a different one. Preferably one that doesn't deal with the public.

I have been burned by this place so many times, I don’t know why I bothered giving them another chance. Last time I went here was right after Covid. Ordered through the drive through, was asked to pull around and there I sat for 30 MINUTES until I tried to go in to inquire what was taking so long and was met with a locked door, so I walked up to the drive through window and knocked. Someone came and I told them I was still waiting for my order, they asked what I ordered so I told them, they said hold on and went to talk to someone, then Came back and said it would be out in about 10 minutes. Another 20 FRIKKIN MINUTES go by and part of the order came out. They said they were out of the other stuff. They started to walk away until I called out and asked if they are going to refund me for the stuff that I PAID for and didn’t get. Only then did they say I could pull back around or walk up to the window to get refunded. I then had to remind them of what I didn’t get in order to get my refund. That was last time. THIS TIME, I ordered online for pick up. I arrived about five minutes before it said it would be ready and informed the worker at the counter if my name, order, and that I was here. Fast forward 20 minutes (15 minutes AFTER food was suppose to be done) and I inquire and am informed that no one let anyone know I was there, and that my order was still sitting in the printer (not started). Was also told that they are out of some of what I ordered but that they would “hook me up” for the inconvenience. Eventually got my food not too long after that. The “hooking me up” was a couple of free chicken tenders. Wow, gee, thanks. PLEASE DO THIS WHOLE CITY A FAVOR AND CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN AND GIVE US A POPEYES OR BOJANGLES. I will never be back to this KFC. Rude employees who suck at their jobs and customer service.

It is false advertising no matter what they say! Free Large Side Item with $5 digital purchase!! Only to be taken off at the end sneakingly by saying "restaurant doesn't serve this item" LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU SERVE COLESLAW YES YOU DO!!! YOUR JUST GIMMICKING LIARS!!
