Chicken seemed to be missing the special spices, biscuits were smashed together and stale. Lady at the window was rude and rushing us as we decided what sides we wanted. Then left the cookies out of our order.

Hair in mashed potatoes chicken breast gummy not eatable so gross especially hair in potatoes KFC lost their STANDARDS! Think twice before eating there. I hope When they move to Texas all stores go nasty food!!! Hair in food made me sick discussing never going back. Popeye chicken here I come.

Simply ordered take out the lady at the window who grabbed our meal looked at us like we just punched a kitten. Not friendly whatsoever didn’t even get our order right went back in and got attitude for something they messed up. They need to clean house and hire more friendly people I don’t understand why some people work customer service when they have no interest in even being nice to customers

Manager got order wrong. Was trying to talk to her she had gravy all over the inside bag. Lids were loose. When confronted she told me to leave never come back and called the police. How messed up is that for service?
The hospitality needs major improvement. No one spoke to me upon entry, though countless employees saw me standing at the counter. One employee finally came to the counter though he greeted me with silence. Safe to say I would not return.
