I saw an advertisement about spicy wings and decided to make it today’s choice for lunch. I ordered the 4 piece SPICY chicken wings which came with a biscuit and two sides so I selected the wedges and macaroni and cheese.

Let me start by saying the biscuit was SO good! I would’ve rated it 10 stars!! These are definitely made from scratch! I really wished I had ordered more of those.

The spicy chicken wings I ordered were not spicy and I was a little thrown back when I saw a feather sticking out of one of them (I’m very grateful it was only on one piece). The potato wedges were OK, but the mac & cheese tasted like the powdered cheese from out of a box.

Lastly, I have to comment on my pick up experience. Drive thru was a combination of slow & disorganized. I told her I had ordered online and repeated my name 3 times. The car ahead of me was given the wrong food and she wanted to give me a 16 piece order of chicken?!? After correcting her and telling her again what I ordered, she wanted to charge me for the order which I had already paid for online. She was very apologetic through it all so I don’t know if this was her first day or if this is the norm.

This used to be the best fast food joint in radcliff. The last year or so it has become awful just like everywhere else. Customer service is terrible. Food is always old and cold, the entire box is soaked in grease every visit. Drinks are ALWAYS wrong with no ice, EVER. Might as well give up calling and letting them know your order is messed up again too, workers could careless. And don't forget the upcharge they always tend to do. Order one thing and they change it to something else that's $3-$5 more and less food than what you originally ordered. Walk in to get a refund (as was 3 other people)& every worker is standing around with a mad face. Not the least bit welcoming or friendly.

These guys do chicken and catfish right! The service was exceptional, staff extremely welcoming and friendly! This was a great experience for me, the consumer, the way it's supposed to be when exchanging money for products! Many companies should perform this way! Keep up the good work and if you want amazing chicken etc, try these guys you wont be disappointed!!!

Middle of dinner hour Friday night,
Chicken was not like we are used to here.
Had to go back to the counter 3 times, food was left off, other was put on the wrong plates
After 15 minutes cook came to our table to say going to take 8 minutes to cook what we ask for.
So we took a substitute.. s.m.h

Just got to Kentucky and thought I’d go today to try some Real Kentucky Fried chicken! 8/14/2024 at 5:45 pm (drive through) I wanted to say the staff that took and gave me the order was amazing! The food was outstanding!

Ordered 8 pc meal potatoes was great as always cole slaw was really good as well the chicken was ok but not as good as usual. Biscuits was pretty good a little harder than I would like and harder than normal but still really tasty. My son ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and did not like it at all. People was really friendly and service was good as usual. Restaurant was clean. Definitely will go back and Definitely recommend.

Just did a carry out had a family meal they left out a side so when I went back they gave me more for my inconvenience. Chicken, slaw, potato wedges,mac & cheese where all really good the biscuits weren't hard just on the cusp of being brittle. Price was comparable to KFC & Popeye's. No complaints outside of the left out side but they made it right A++++++ all the way

Best chicken restaurant in Radcliff friendly folks clean always ready to serve you. I drive 20 minutes pass 10 other chicken places in Elizabethtown. Come to Radcliff just for the chicken and potato wedges. Sunday evening dinner.
