One of the worst Little Ceasars in the Hardin County for service. Unfortunately the employee competency is lacking. Lost my order and took 20 minutes to find my order and then another 5 minutes to give me after it was sitting 10 feet from me. But with cheap pizza I suppose you get what u pay for......

Alexis needs to be retrained she messed up our order several times where 10 minutes turned into a hour! Ridiculous! I would understand if there was a line out the door but it was just us and another car I am not sure what was going on with her but she looked like she was lost and I asked if she was new because then I would have been more understanding but nope she was not so she was just lost so we waited an hour for our food! The manger apologize and was polite.

If i could give it zero i would horrible customer service the make you wait 40 minutes if you're lucky for a pizza. They made me wait for 3 pepperoni but everyone that came after me got their food before me. They need to shut this one down and open a different one.

The service here is incredibly disappointing. Been waiting on a pickup order for 17 minutes so far. I placed it in advance, drove 11 minutes here, and it still isn’t ready. There was nobody in the lobby when I arrived and one person in the drive thru. I’ve watched them start and complete several orders while I’ve been waiting and still no help. Incredibly frustrating
I was told it was almost ready when I got here then told it must have gotten skipped during a “shift change” still waiting

No Hot n Ready available during lunch hours. Ordered a pizza crazy bread. Was told 15 minutes. Came around after 25 minutes and was told I needed 5 more minutes. I am going on 45 minutes still no food. Currently waiting in line just to get what I ordered.
The store needs to remember that having pizzas ready to just hand out is what makes this chain what it is. Drive thru should not be this long.

Everyone was respectful and ensured an amazing pizza as it was. Nothing beats the fresh quality delicious pizza hot & fresh from Little Caesars.
Terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered a Hot-N-Ready and still waited over 20 minutes, only to receive a cold, stale pizza with barely any sauce or cheese. Staff seemed uninterested and unorganized—no apology, no urgency, just attitude. The store was messy, and no one was cleaning between customers. This location needs better training, quality control, and basic customer service. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered a delivery off the app and they some how gave the order to someone else and refused to remake the food so now I have to wait 10-12 days on a refund instead of them owning up to the mistake and giving the food to the door dash driver.

Went here and ordered food and the pretzel pizza didn’t even look or taste like pretzel. The Italian bread was nasty. The Hawaiian hula was the most nastiest I ever tasted. The little Caesars I. Elizabethtown and Leitchfield is a lot better then this one I will never be back and I will pass it on to all my friends. We would have been better off going to dominoes.
