When you order Little Caesars, you know what you will get. I order to pizza family often for quick dinners. I always order through the app and then pick it up. I had one instance here when a pizza was inedible when I got it home. I'm talking burned and crunchy. Time management seems to be a continuing issue for this particular location in Radcliff, KY. Multiple times I have arrived and my items not be ready at the time the app tells me, just to see other people come and go. But this last time has prompted me to write this review. I ordered a 2 topping at 6:55pm with an estimated pickup time at 7:20pm at the latest. I waited for the confirmation through my app that it was finished. Finally at 7:40pm I decided to go through the drive through to see. I was told to park for 10 minutes and come back through the drive though. Please please please staff more and train on time management. I know you are busy and you have large orders to fill. But when you make the large orders alternate the pizzas from this and regular orders instead of saying this 10 pizzas are this order, everyone else waits.
Edit: after over 1 hour total waiting from order taken to receiving 1 pizza. I found that it wasn't made correctly when I arrived home

The nastiest pizza and not very friendly employees, who were bickering with each other while we sat in the drive thru waiting for our pizza. It was so bad our kids didn't want to eat it and we threw it out.

I paid extra to change my pizza to light sauce, extra cheese, & stuffed cheese crust. What I received should have just been the original price of a pizza & not $16. The pizza was covered in sauce, it had little cheese & the cheese in the crust was missing. I threw away half the slices (the top of each slice). We ate it anyways because we aren’t ones to complain much. Mistakes happen, but this is why we usually take the extra 10 minutes & go to the Etown one. So I included the picture to show the cheese in the crust is missing & for you to judge if it’s normal sauce & cheese.

This is the second time I have ordered online threw the app an hour or more in advance (ex. 4pm order placed to be picked up at 5) and my food hadn't even gone in the oven by the time I was there to pick up. I know this because my app showed it wasn't cooking and didn't go in the oven until I arrived at the store I then had to wait another 20 min for my food to be done with no response from Management about this issue when I asked. It's only this little ceasar in radcliff I have ever had an issue with. So ordering threw the app is NOT the fastest way I would call to place your orders or go to another store.

Called my order in at 330pm told them I’d come get it at 445pm got here five min early and my order hadn’t even been made their in the back screaming to have pizzas made for the warmer ovens and not even making peoples orders standing here at 453pm still nothing you give them an hour and they still can’t get things right
Do yourself a favor, go down the street to Wendy's, eat your meal, and maybe, just maybe, will your order be ready for your next meal.

Every time I have gone, I order ahead because the wait time is always so long. The first time I waited the hour. The second & third time, I waited over an hour and decided to cancel my order because there were still many others in front of me waiting on theirs.
