This McDonald's is slow. Like 10-20 minutes slow. Fries are always cold and underfilled despite the wait. Worker who brought out the food was rude and didn't realize until I got home that they forgot the straws and got my boyfriends burger wrong

Can you rate lower than 1? This location is straight up terrible. Go through the drive thru.. pay then they have you pull up and wait.. no biggie.. bag was brought outā¦ missing three itemsā¦ told the ladyā¦ oh Iām sorryā¦ Iāll be right backā¦ 5 minutes later she back for the car behind meā¦ oh sorry Iāll be right backā¦ 15 minutes I walk in and they say oh sorry we forgotā¦ like literally the same girl told me āone secondā twiceā¦ I left the bag on the counterā¦ Iād rather waste $13 and no food then wait another second here. Terrible.. their order accuracy must be in the single digits.

This McDonaldās normally does a really good job. I drive a little extra out of my way to go to this location. This morning was messy. The young man who took my part of me order and left the conversation. I had to go to the window just to finish my order. I also ordered a large iced macchiato, When I got to the window, for some reason, it was rung up as a medium. I kindly corrected the cashier that it was supposed to be a large, she informed me that they were out of large cups and that I could only receive a medium. This was fine, but the $1.70 up charge to get this? Itāll be a while before I go back.

I ask for the big breakfast with pan cakes and got home, no pan cakes but i did get syrup so i went back and told them they forgot my pancakes and they told me it doesn't come with pancakes, well i get a big breakfast with pancakes for yrs and they gave me syrup but they continue to argue with me, so iam done eith them, i will take my business somewhere else š

Today I had the worst experience at this McDonald's. Today's shift, July 24th, at 8:40 pm. I ordered a medium Mocka Frappe and they gave it to me. The glass was broken. I went to the window to change it, and guess what? They gave it to me with so much ice that I couldn't drink it. It was literally a waste of money and time. These spoiled kids only know how to smoke vapes and watch Snapchat.

I live locally with kids and of course McDonald's is always a stop for the kiddos. This place in particular messes up our order every single time. Food is always wrong and cold the staff here sucks I don't recommend this mcdonald's to anyone
