Not sure why, but this McDonald’s is the worst location I’ve been to. It’s consistently slammed, and the orders take forever to pickup. I’ve been here 17 minutes for a pickup order of just a chicken nugget meal.

Ordered DoorDash from this location and every single time they always forget something off my order. Either a fry or something. Tonight it was my two bacon McDoubles. You need to teach your employees to get the order before sending it off. I’m sick of something always missing. And the people want to be rude and get smart when you wanna call about it. Came in to pick up an order and received zero acknowledgment from any of the 6 employees and 1 manager. The manager walked past me 4 times and didn't say a word. I understand being busy but I don't understand no acknowledgment. That is extremely frustrating and rude. Not to mention the nasty conversationa going on between employees, cussing and all.

Staff is very nice and professional. My son absolutely love the games that you have in the lobby. It made his eating experienced a lot better.
Always messing up my order; making me pull forward and wait forever, forgetting sandwiches and the like so I then have to go in and stand there and wait forever for a sandwich they forgot until someone is told a 4th time I need a sandwich made. The younger people working here are a joke and rude, just trying to make a buck and not worried about doing a good job, which you should do no matter how humble the station, also you're too young to be getting rude with people when you don't know very much at all about the world and the OTHER people who inhabit it- that's right- there are other people in the world besides you who work hard for the money they are spending so BE NICE AND BE THOROUGH.

Usually I give good reviews because a lot of people just post bad reviews instead of the good for things but, for this McDonald's the drive-thru person was very nice I was having issues with my app and she actually tried to help me. So I give her 5 stars! Her manager however, I could hear her yelling at the person in drive thru from the window of the store and refused to help me and said there was nothing that could be done and that she just wasn't going to do anything about it. So hopefully the managers learn how to treat their staff with respect and they actually will take care of their customers the way that customer service is supposed to be done. But again to the girl in drive thru you were sweet and very kind and I hope you get treated better.
