This Mac's needs NEW management. WAKE UP corporate. It is in a high traffic area. Very poorly run. I ordered a fish and Coke. Had to wait in the drive-in line 15min. It was cold fish when I got it.

Everytime me and my fiance come here our orders are either messed up or missing. I swear I could do this job better than the employees there. Ive worked at McDonald's before. It's not that hard. You take the order, prepare the order, make sure the order is correct before handing it out to the customer. This place is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been too.

Service non existent and orders frequently incorrect. Receipts are usually correct, so it happens at the gathering stage. Parking cars in a line doesn't seem to be working...

Wouldn't recommend at all bad customer service and experience very rude heavy set white lady banging on my camper door threatening to call the police saying i don't know who said you can park here but you guys need to go before I call the police . Food was horrible 😫 and I was traveling from Florida decided to pull over and park because I was tired and grabbed a bite to eat night before they won't be getting my business again would rate a 0 if possible

I ordered my daughter food on the app and sent it to the wrong mcdonalds. She was at 110 s dixie and I sent it to 3120 s dixie. She was walking so she couldn't get to the other mcdonalds. I called to get a refund and the lady manager had an attitude and said I had to be in the store to get a refund and then said I had to call the app. Never had a problem at etown mcdonalds before.

This and McDonald's and most on Dixie have terrible wait times and horrible service if they wasn't worried about talking about there weekend plans or other topics maby they could get food out in a timely manner every time I go there it's a 15 minute wait that's if we're lucky try sitting in 100° temp with 5-7 kids waiting for an extended duration. Terrible service. Terrible food. We've just decided to quit going to this one all together.

I really like the crew they have here now!! They are friendly and fast. I did however have a problem with the delivery drivers that bring their products. They block the handicap parking spaces and if you can somehow get into a spot they ask you to move. How are you going to ask a disabled person to move their car that they have a placard stating they have the right to park there?

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this McDonald’s location. It seems like every visit, something is either missing from the order or prepared incorrectly — even simple items like straws or napkins are often forgotten. On top of that, the food is usually cold by the time it's handed over.

The most frustrating experience was when the drive-thru employee refused to hand me my sons chocolate milk that was clearly part of his Happy Meal. Instead of simply passing it through the window (where the staff member was already standing), this employee almost got a slapped and a cold sweet tea thrown at them.
I was told to circle back through the line just to receive what we had already paid for. The attitude from the staff made the situation even worse and completely unnecessary.

This kind of service is unacceptable and disappointing, especially from a brand as well-known as McDonald’s. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and works to improve the consistency and professionalism at this location.
