Tonight, Evan made one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. The crust was the right thickness and baked to perfection. In addition, the toppings were fresh and the sauce was just the right amount. Hereafter, I will order the same pizza. Thanks to the Papa John’s staff in Radcliff, KY 40160.

Placed an order online for carryout and headed to the location to pick them up. Live on Fort Knox, less than 5 minute drive. Got their prior to pickup time, headed in when the status changed to ready, and all items were Luke warm. It honestly looked, felt, and tasted old, nothing looked fresh. Cinnamon pullaway was burnt on the bottom, bread was stale, and like the pizza, looked/tasted old and dry. Waste of money and will not be returning.

Manager refused to honor the 50% off carryout deal. He only allowed about $10 off on a $40 order. We refused the order. His attitude was hateful.

I usually have a good experience with this location. The food is what the food is. The main issue is the dust. Standing at the counter, if you look up, you will see a air filter that looks like it hasn't been changed in about a year. All I can think is, I hope none of that falls in the food. Also there is just years of dust build up in the over head vents. So sad. My effect where I get my pizza from now on.

Shoutout to Evan at Papa John’s — he was working solo and STILL made the whole order come out perfect. The food was hot, fresh, and straight up bomb 💣🔥. You can tell he cares about the quality. Definitely the kind of service that makes you come back again.

I really like Papa John but being that a customer can watch your employees making their food you should insist they prepare food with cleanliness. They were handling money, taking orders, folding boxes and everything else with their bare hands then preparing food without washing their hands or putting on gloves....that's not a good look by no stamdards.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I order a pizza and when app said delivered and I still didn’t have it I called and an employee told me the app was wrong and they were really backed up so I said okay no problem. Another hour goes by and I called again the employees proceed to pass me off to one another and finally a “manager” tells me I put wrong apt number!!! So I been sitting here waiting for a pizza someone got. I then said why didn’t you tell me that an hour ago when I called? He said it’s not his problem I shld have put the right address nothing he can do about and I said did u not verify my name with who u handed pizza too?? No we never do that !! Bullshit! Finally after complaining and yelling I got a refund. But I’m pissed worst customer service ever!!
