Employees were young and not super friendly...but the food was accurate as ordered and delicious, so overall, great.

So I live in Radcliff but I stopped at the Elizabethtown Kentucky Penn station yesterday ordered in the parking lot only to be told after sitting there 40 minutes waiting for my food that I didn't even have an order there and found out it was in Radcliff store so I called the manager there she assured me that they would remake everything fresh my dad's cheesesteak sub was absolutely soggy ice cold and disgusting the rap was like a rubber band I could not chew through it at all and it was so foggy that when I picked it up it fell apart I certainly don't appreciate being lied to and I certainly don't appreciate spending $40 I didn't have just because I wanted something different I can assure you I will never be back to Penn station what a disappointment and for you to lie to me may Jesus have mercy on your soul

I don’t know about the food because I left before ordering. I walked in there, there, one person in the lobby was waiting on food. The line had three staff members and each of them looked at me and not one person spoke to me. After a few minutes I left on the assumption they didn’t want my business.

Great Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, only one problem. They don’t have a bidet. However, down the street at Sam’s euros try their euro and bidet.

Another great experience! The fries are a major draw for as they are just how my Mom made them, and malt vinegar is the cherry 🍒 on top! My only request, the meat to bread ratio, little more meat for the price would be nice! All in all always delicious!

I went for the first time yesterday. Their fresh handcut fries were good with malt vinegar and ketchup. I had the turkey avocado wrap, which was okay. I have to try their sandwiches in the future.

They’re really yummy and of the two times I’ve been to this location they’ve had little to no customers. The only reason I could think of why they aren’t more busy is the cost. I purchased a regular chicken parm sandwich, medium fries and a drink and the cost was slightly over $20. Definitely on the high side for cost, but I think the food is delicious and worth a try.

They had no water. So no drink's,no bathroom. Didn't say anything tell I was paying. Should have been posted. Or close all together. It was 102 outside... What do you want in that heat. A place to freshen up. Me too. Will avoid them. It's not that great anyway..
