If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! I ordered food online to be delivered. However, 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time I received a call stating that they have no deliveries today due to their 1 delivery person also needing days off!!... If you are going to offer delivery service, you as a good business owner/supervisor should make sure that you have drivers to cover the days you operation!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AND WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR FOOD!!!

Super Bowl Sunday, walked in wasn’t greeted, no one at register, no visible manager to take charge or direct traffic in store. Take out not ready by time shown on app, pizza cutters clearly not using gloves. Not very clean either in entrance, looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed or mopped in days.

****ATTENTION FORT KNOX**** Do not order from here or be cautious for delivery order. Waited two hours until driving down to location to find out the worker cancelled order. Stated they called me only for me to show them the no missed calls. Also I called the number provided an hour after the order was “cancelled” and was told my order was out for delivery. I’m just being up front with you about the situation so those of you short of a ride don’t have to deal with it in the future. This comment won’t hurt Pizza Hut’s delivery business either way because they have the local economy to support them. Use another delivery method for food.

This place is the most disappointing Pizza Hut I have ever seen. The counter staff are rude, it took nearly 45 minutes to get 6 wings and a Pepsi. The way the staff were speaking to customers was nuts. No said bad, no ice for drinks.. absolutely unreal. I had to "DRAIN" the wings from the o surd amount of grease ...

Do not order from here if you live on Fort Knox. They do not deliver to Fort Knox and will just delete your order and not tell you. Waited well over an hour for delivery and decided to call the store. The phones don’t work. So I go to the store for them to tell me they don’t deliver to Fort Knox. But since the phones don’t work, they couldn’t call me. Does the manager on duty not have a phone? Absolutely ridiculous

This is my 3rd time ordering with this location. This is the second time I’ve ordered and received call saying they don’t have delivery driver. First time I didn’t trip bc I did order kind of late but this time it just hit 8pm my kids are down sleeping and sick lol sooo pizza yes!. I usually tip the 15% with no issue but to not have drivers is crazy work. Pizza is known for delivery. I won’t order from here again bc as always I’ll order just to receive a phone call for no delivery right after.

I am very upset because when you have a complaint no one gets in touch with you. It has been over a month since I sent in my complaint and I have not heard from anyone. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza please don’t take that away from me.
The food was good and fresh. But that's because the poor girl working the counter is the only person working. There's literally no one else here. I commend her effort though she's churning out quality pizza as fast as she possibly can given the circumstances. I don't know what she makes but She needs a raise like now. The franchise owner or corporate need to reward this girl and remedy this situation. She could have said screw it and locked the doors but she's keeping the place running alone. The whole world would be better if there were more people like her.
