Shout out to the Pizza Hut in Radcliff for messing up my pizza TWICE (cutting it on a dirty board and cross contaminating it with cinnamon sugar and then remaking the wrong pizza instead of mine), making me spend my whole lunch break waiting, and sending me back to work hungry and empty handed.

I ordered a personal pan pizza with a 4 piece nugget. And a single pan pizza because the first wasn’t enough money to deliver. Both were supposed to have sausage, onion and bacon. What I got was 4 quail size nuggets swimming in BBQ soup and neither pizza had bacon and waaaay too much onion with a suggestion on sausage. I had to consolidate the sausage to get a decent amount on one. And the dough was not cooked. It was a waste of my money.

When I tried to call to complain, no one would answer or it would go through to the call center to take my order.

What ever happened to quality these days? They charge too much for delivery and the person delivering the food doesn’t get that fee. It’s just awful that I now no longer want to order from Pizza Hutt again. No resolve. I took pictures but seems I can’t post them here.

So I came here to do a delivery from doordash. And the African American gentleman who works here was listening to me in the bathroom. It was very creepy. I walked out the bathroom and he turned his whole body like he wasn't listening, it bothered me all night long.

Literally called three times and no one answered. The order I got was missing one of my items and two of my three pizzas were wrong. This happens more often than it should.

The location itself is fine and always appears clean when I come in, HOWEVER my issue is with the call center. The people are rude, they take your order wrong, and hang up in your face when you ask to speak to the manger. They’ve even put me on hold just to pretend like they were getting someone in charge on the phone. One reps name is Mark and I’m sure when I was asking for a manager he hung up and when I called back it was still him but he just said a different name and then said he “would go get Mark,” but never did just on hold forever. Cat and Mouse games they should get rid of the call center. Makes you not want to deal with Pizza Hut any more SERIOUSLY ?

I originally ordered the food to be delivered. I ordered the food at 611pm. I called and spoke with the manager, Bryan, at 720pm, inquiring where my delivery was. He informed me that he did not have anyone that does deliveries and that he depends on for dash to come pick it up and deliver. He started that he was going to push the order through again, which he did. I expressed my concerns about it being cold, and he assured me that it stays in a warming oven and that it should be like fresh when I receive it. I received the notification that someone from Door Dash was on their way to pick it up. It arrived at my home at 750pm. I did not receive the cream cheese that I ordered, and when I asked the driver, he told me that he spoke no English. I went into the home and opened the pizza box, the pizza was not cut all the way through and it looked cold, I thought no big deal I like cold pizza, it did not taste right because it was extremely greasy. The garlic cheese bread was hard and not warm and not cut. The apple desserts I ordered were in a smashed box. I tried a bite of the pizza and put it down, not good at all. I attempted to make contact with the store again, and the phone rang, and then a prerecorded message played over and over again. After listening to this for approximately 5 minutes, I decided to take all the food back to Pizza Hut. I was still on the phone when I pulled into the driveway of the plaza. It is 2 miles from my home. I hung up when I walked in. I waited and told the girl that it was not good and it was cold. She asked if she could remake it, and I said no, that I wanted a refund. She called Bryan over, and she said, "This is Raelene," to Bryan, and the storm started. I told him again that it is not my problem that he does not have delivery drivers, he exploded and said "I am sick of people like you not respecting food service workers" to which I responded I had been one in the past. I told him I wanted a refund for the cold food, and he told me that he could not do that as he did not have the authorization to do so that his general manager needed to approve it. He slammed a piece of paper and the pen on the counter and told me to write down my name and phone number and, after doing so, said, "My 4 year old writes better than that." I took the paper and ripped off the top part and rewrote my name and phone number for him, to which he wrote on the top, his managers name, Bridgette. Meanwhile, the lady who was originally helping me was able to get the refund process started. It was a heated conversation between he and I. I looked at her and asked if there was anything else that she needed. She asked me to put in my card, I did, and the refund was issued. He kept talking and telling me to leave his store, to which I told him that "I am done speaking with you" and he replied "I am not and kept saying get out of my store." I ignored him and asked the lady if there was something else she needed from me. I got my keys out, and Bryan said, " Take your attitude down to the other store up the road." Upon leaving, I attempted to make phone contact with customer service to which I was directed to their website. When I got home, I began filing a complaint with the chat feature. That is a big joke. I was on the feature for over an hour, to which I was extremely frustrated and told Hans to just have someone call me. He kept asking questions that had already been answered. When all was said and done, it was almost 9pm.
Hopefully, they get someone to deliver pizza, but until then, they need it to not be an option for this store!

Awful, everything was cold. My wings didn’t even have the right sauce on them. The lady at the front was extremely rude when it came to just grabbing my order. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Tried to call the store to report they gave me the wrong pizza,the call center is a nightmare, they can’t understand or help you, I asked to be sent to the store and they didn’t know how to send me to it and just gave me another person who then sent me to another person, I ordered 5 pizzas and they gave me a large ham and pineapple pizza when it was supposed to be a pepperoni pan large pizza!

Pizza hut is struggling with this customer service!

Sides were good enough, they forgot the marinara though. Big problem was their new pizza, the "tavern style", it was absolutely revolting. Inedible and deranged from conception to my first bite. How this could have possibly been greenlit by anyone with a working tongue is beyond me. This pizza, was, by far, the worst excuse for pizza I've ever put in my mouth. Do not buy! Spit out at the first bite
