Our server, Hayley, was great. We arrived at 6:15 p.m. and the pizza on the buffet was old and congealed. There was so little food out for the number of diners that my party of three each got one plate (and one of us got a salad, no pizza) each before the buffet was tapped out. Like the rest of the diners, we waited, assuming more food was to come. Our check was brought to us at 6:40 p.m. and the server asked if she could get us anything. I told her everyone was waiting on food as the buffet was bare. She went and informed the kitchen staff of such and, 10 minutes later, one pizza was brought out. Another diner joked that we were playing Hunger Games in the Pizza Hut. It has now been almost 20 minutes since I informed the server that there was no food. There is still just the one pizza on the buffet. There are 14 patrons waiting to eat. Where is the expediency? Better question: where is the FOOD?!

Everytime I order from this location I get told door dash wont pick up my order and they need to refund the order or I need to pick up smh its crazy because door dash picks up all ny other orders from other places this is terrible

This location has gone downhill in the past couple months. I used to go here almost everyday but the food quality has really dropped. The pasta is always very dry and has minimal sauce. Pizza also tends to be rather dry and it's just disappointing to see this location drop quality

I used to love Pizza Hut. Tonight their pizza was as flat paper, all toppings fell off (mind you it was one bacon and one pepperoni pizza). Super disappointed.

Sadly I don’t know why I use this location, order sits for 2 hours and still not delivered. I guess they were used to people calling about this problems because they had no problems canceling my order. Can’t say I didn’t try to use you guys again

Wouldn’t suggest going here ordered my pizza at 7:48 when called at 10:53 cause my kids was hungry asking where the food was called them they use an excuse of I ordered through door dash when I know it’s a lie cause door dash don’t run in our area when Called back excuse was not enough drivers and will be refunded as late as it is. I’m organized not first time.

Ordered a pizza during a snowstorm. Didn’t expect them to even be open since I ordered through the app. But sure enough there was one person running the place up until midnight. I’m very picky and ordered a complicated pizza. Larry most definitely hooked me up.
