This is a much better Sonic than the one in Etown. Food came on time! The one in Etown we sit for over an hour sometimes but on average generally wait over 30 minutes even when we are the only car in the parking area.
The girl who delivered our food to our stall in Radcliff was friendly and attentive. She went back to get us some extra sauces and never said anything rude about it.

I am a frequent flyer of this Sonic location, as they have the best fountain drinks in town. I have personally seen an over all improvement in the establishment since my moving here 5+ years ago. They are always on point, fresh hot food served with a smile! Until lately anyway. Something is off with these newer carhops, they don't smile, they hardly speak. I just had the worst encounter, absolutely ruined my mood. If you hate your job to the point you are rude to the customer maybe customer service isn't your calling. It really makes the carhops that work hard and do a fantastic job look bad. Maybe that $2.52 tip can be a down payment for a better attitude.

Food and drink was fine when I went there in November, however their system glitches out on the transaction and the lady had to redo the transaction. Now i got another charge from them 2 months later for the same amount and they don't want to refund the money and even get offended when told their system is glitching out. Awful customer service and will not be going back. Don't pay with your card only use cash.

Parking: This is a drive in, not a drive-thru. Order in your car, eat in your car. They have a table or two near the entrance, and you can order there, as from your car by talking through electronic communication.

I was at this sonic2 nights I bought a LG milkshake with other things they gave me a small one instead so I'm here now to get the LG and so far I been waiting 25 minutes for a milkshake someone needs to move a little faster
