Asked for a caramel ribbon crunch and it was literally just milk with caramel sauce. Zero coffee zero crunch. It’s always the same thing. This store literally sucks.

Ran out of oat milk for a drink that literally consists of oat milk before noon??? What idiot decided to do inventory at this place and not make sure you had enough to last a whole day?? ALSO if you don’t have a dairy allergy MAYBE stick with milk and leave the alternatives to the people who need them! It’s selfish!

I’m completely over it. $8 drink. Tall in a grande cup, extra foam.? This doesn’t even have a regular amount of foam, or spice topping. No more of this location. Hope there’s a turnaround someday

Worst service I've ever had at any Starbucks location. My wifes birthday and because they have a personal vendetta against her because she used to work there they screwed up her drink and my sons. Hope this store closes there doors or fixes there staff asap. Might as well have gave us water to drink.

I was greeted at the drive thru by "what can I get for you?" Not good morning, not welcome to Starbucks, etc. Waited behind one vehicle for 6 minutes. Coffee tasted burnt. Also, no drink carriers. They always seem to be out of stock with these types of items.

They have a terrible habit of marking mobile orders complete, then having you wait 3-4 more minutes once you arrive to pick it up. Annoying.

Divine Bunch

They’re always so sweet, patient, and efficient. Most restaurants in town have long wait times upwards of 20-40 minutes in the drive thru. I’m rarely in their drive thru for more than 5-7 minutes per visit. Their whole staff seem to be beautiful from the inside out!

I'm disappointed in Starbucks. The last two days, my drink has not been filled. When I contacted the manager, she said it was a new policy to not fill the cup. I contacted Starbucks corporate and the said there was no such rule. I'm not sure if the Radcliff owner is trying to save money! If so, that's an awful way of doing business. We will take our business somewhere else
