I recently visited this Subway and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a wrap, which not only looked nothing like the advertised image but was also severely lacking in meat. The portion of meat was so small that it felt like I was eating mostly bread and veggies. This is not what I expected from a place that advertises fresh and hearty sandwiches. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.

I’ve been going here since I was a little girl and I have gotten the same thing pretty much for this long, a subway club(the one with the roast beef ) my favorite cookie was the peanut butter back when they had it but I settle for macadamia. I do wish the company would bring the peanut butter cookies back , it was not broken so why try to fix it lol. I like going here because it’s fast, friendly , and fresh. Also, Wess has been there for such a long time it’s always good to see a friendly familiar face. The prices are a little higher now and days but that’s just like anything else ! Love it here .

They will send coupons to your house to lure you to the store, but NOT take them, I guess people should call ahead about coupons. 98% of the staff will then be rude and mess up your order, sometimes multiple times in the same order! Try another location like one in Elizabethtown who will most likely take your coupons. Prices are exorbitant without coupons, and most of the meat is pressed and formed garbage.

Subway used to be one of my faves. But now paying about $18 for a footlong mediocre sandwich is just too much and not worth the price. Add in some bad experiences at this location like workers arguing with customers that the coupons that advertised the new sandwiches were not actually for the main sadwiches but for the classics like cold cut trio. Its sad because i used to love the place but now just another food chain exploiting greedflation.

We went from $5 footlongs to $20 for a footlong and a 20oz soda. I will never spend my money at subway again unless they bring down the prices. The staff were friendly.

TLDR: MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS!

I've had a couple issues with the manager at this location, like the time he gave me someone else's sandwhich and than argues with me that's what I ordered (I ordered a Italian BMT and was given a "cold cuts - bologna") but today crossed the line and I will not be returning while he works there, I ordered my sandwhichs and got up to the register to pay I NEVER TOUCHED THE MACHINE all I did was touch my card to to the tap to pay, and somehow got charged a 5.49 dollar tip, when I inquired about it all I got was him trying to gaslight me that I did that and that it was my mistake. And he tried to shame me in the store, he did put 5 dollars on the counter saying he would pay for my mistake cause he didn't want my money. With his attitude and statements I wasn't comfortable taking the cash and walked out. This guy is extremely rude. The ladies who took the orders and made the sandwiches were great, the manager is a giant NO.

So I want yo take a moment to set a lil straight, the manager did not add the tip and is probably unaware of exactly what how happened as I was. I have confirmed the mishap at other locations. If you do not hit the red button or skip on the tip selection and just hold your card to the machine it does go forth automatically selecting recommended option. Meaning you have to make sure to select no tip or skip or pay a automatic tip. 2 other stores I went to are unaware this can happen till I tested and showed them. Still the manager did not handle this even close to appropriately.

1 sub was 19.07 that's crazy. Then the workers going to say yea inflation really brought prices up. I could have just went and ate at a regular restaurant for that price. I'll never eat at subway again with those prices.

Online and on the door it said store is open until 10 pm. I pull on the door at 7:59 and it's locked. Employees inside looking at me. This place is garbage..
