Just your basic, every day subway. Service is alright most days but it just seems like they don't have enough help. What help they do have seems to consist of kids. To each their own .

Our subs were delicious, but the gentleman that was making them had the ugliest attitude. I had to ask him if he was okay or if he needed to take a break. Don't make my food with that negative energy. Not excepting any of that in 2024

Listen… I should’ve learned from the last time I came here. You get coupons in the mail but this local subway wants to make up their own rules and not take them. But all other Subways in the area take coupons. Their cookies are always hard and the guy at register even said they haven’t cooked fresh ones all day. The manager there is not accommodating at all. So y’all will not get my business anymore.

Subway is one of my favorite places but the prices are ridiculous beings it's a sandwich place. And the staff were very friendly and I'd recommend it if your looking to spend over $30 for two to eat.

My sandwich was just throw together didn't hardly eat have anything on it it is very pricey for what it is$20 for two sandwiches plus you can't even get in the dining room after 8

Went through the drive thru. They got my order right on the first try.
This is one of the better Subway stores because they actually accept the coupons that Subway sends out in the mail. The store in Brandenburg does not accept them, which is why we no longer spend money there.

My 1 star for 1 reason. They just jacked their prices up. It's outrageous. $15-20 for 1 footlong sub. And it's the only subway around that charges that much. All others are still at regular prices.Oh and the owner won't accept any of the good coupons like buy one get one free or buy one get half off or buy 2 and get one free.I will go out of my way to go to the other subways right down the road.

Although the food is consistently fair and pretty good for what it is the number of errors in making the correct sandwich and getting all your sandwiches you paid for in the bag is about 50/ 50. Drive thru especially check your order in Radcliff before you drive off. Ask for the order cards and get 2 so you have proof of order. If you get home and things are missing they do not give you credit for burning your gas and using your time to go back to fix their error. Also keep your receipt and order card. They will argue till the cows come home in Radcliff even though you may hate onions with a passion they will insist you ordered them. Although you hate certain toppings they will insist you ordered them and take forever to fix it or just take it off instead of making a new sandwich and you taste the stuff you hate anyway.Vegetarian options: Lots of as any subwayParking: Handicapped parking , flat entry no stairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Ok if not too crouded.
